You need a chat app - First of all, you need a chat app. Rarely am I surprised at the ROI of an app but this one delivers. I tried the trial first and was surprised at how fast I received the first chat session. But I guess I really shouldn't be too surprised because sometimes that's my preferred method of communication with a website - I just never thought of applying it to mine because I didn't think it was something applicable to my company's size or within budget. Anyway, the trial ended and then I decided to give the other chat app, Livechat, a shot for their trial period. I don't know what the deal is but in the two weeks I tried it, I didn't get as much sessions as with Jivo. I don't know if it's the setup or what. Regardless, I like the dashboard and configuration options of Jivo more. I could tailor it's look and feel and functionality a lot more than LC.I'm on my first month and I'm paying month to month but I will probably up that because after just a couple of weeks it's paid for itself and more.Whichever app you choose, be sure to implement a chat app into your website. It's worth it!

Nice chat ap - I switched from tawk.to to Jivo mainly because of the call back function. This is such a great thing to offer our customers. Facebook chat integration is also a plus. Everything else works pretty much the same as tawk.to although I wish they would allow you to be logged in on 2 different devices at the same time. It's just my wife and I and I don't want to pay an additional $15/month to have another agent. Also wish they had more customization options with the widget like a floating button rather than a fixed bar. Would go back to tawk.to but I like the call back function too much. Support is great though. I recommend this chat software.

Easy and effective - I've actually tried other chat apps before but JivoChat is definitely a stand out! Really easy to use, and they have all that I need and want in a chat system. Not to mention the really sleek looking layout on my website! Thanks for making such an amazing app! Definitely worth the money! :)

Absolutely Drives Sales - We have been using another chat app for a couple years. We probably had someone initiate a chat 1-2 times per month. Since we had already paid for that one, we let it go...way too long. We started looking at other options and tried some, which were ok, but still very few people initiated chats. Decided to give Jivochat a try for the two week free period and it started paying off the first day. We probably get 3-4 chats per day now and this past week, we can credit these chats with over $2000 in sales.We are a small company, so we will never fully take advantage of all the features, but being able to proactively engage customers armed with knowing what they are viewing is huge.After our free period, we immediately paid for a year. (They gave a 10% Discount)
