horrible user dashboard - This used to be a great app until they changed it all around. Now its very hard to navigate the dashboard and it doesn't work as it supposed to. I will be looking for a new app to use.

Effective and Affordable - It's a little challenging to set up appropriate rules to catch the type of fraud you're looking for, but overall FraudPro makes it easy enough, and they have good help docs as well. We used the free version for several years and then upgraded during the pandemic to a paid version since we had so much more attempted fraud and wanted more tools to work with. My wish list for changes would include: letting other (non-super admin) users access the app, since currently only I can use it and it requires daily check-ins, and improving the identification of freight forwarding addresses, which is only right about 50% of the time. I've been very happy with my ROI, as this app provides good value and catches some fraudulent orders that our eagle eyes would have overlooked.

No response from them - Add user button is inactive and contact link is dead. Emailed multiple times from their website for upgrading or adding user and no response.

Amazing - When i launch my new store Beauty&Perfume I was getting more than 5K$ abandoned cart per day. But after i installed FRAUDLABSPRO there is no abandoned cart appeared. That means previously all are Fraud people. I really want to give 5star to this app.

Not a good app - If i relied solely on this app to prevent fraud, i would have lost over 14k. It approved all transactions that were flagged by another app. I decided to go with the other app. a few days later , there was a chargeback for unauthorized transactions.

Alerts possible fraudulent orders only - If you are looking for a tool that will only alert you of a possible fraudulent order, then this is the app for you. If you are looking for an app that will cancel the order and not transfer any money to your account after you reject the order, then don't waste your time with this app, look somewhere else because this app won't do that for you.

Requires some forethough - To truly take advantage of Fraudlabs you really need to figure out what parameters will best meet your needs for Fraud detection. After careful set up for our website it now rejects a few of the fraudulent orders which prompted us to install the software. There have been a few false positives that require manual approval but for the cost of $0 for the basic package it has paid for itself with the few rejected orders.

Not Sure -

There has only been one transaction that it flagged for manual review.  I have 6 rejected orders, but those are all orders I have marked refunded for other non-fraud reasons, yet this app's reporting makes it seem like they rejected it.  I'm going to keep it, because it's free, but I don't rely on just this app to do fraud checking.  The documentation is not all that great either.
