Quantities and fields aren't working - We have been trying to get in touch with tech support for weeks without response. The quantity buttons and other fields are disabled but still showing, and we can't get them to work. The upsell product is working fine other than that, but the interface is broken in a few ways, and the development support staff is non responsive.

Customer Support - I just started using the app, had a few questions and Ty responded and help me. I find this very easy to use and can't wait to see what kind of results I get, I love the way it looks on my website.

Easy to Use, Reasonable Cost, and Works Well - I'm not usually compelled to write reviews but this is a gem of an app if you have something that pairs with your products nicely to be added as an upsell. Many apps are expensive and require too much time to manage to get your worth out of them, this one is not. Any time I try a new idea, it usually works immediately resulting in additional income. Excellent app! - This app is fantastic! It does exactly what it says and the features allow for maximum revenue to be generated. It's well worth the small price. You have to love increasing the AOV with minimal effort!

Money Printer - Upsell pop-ups are a license to print money, and Easy Upsell offers a nice product for creating them. I have never looked back since implementing upsells into my stores.

App Works Very Well - We migrated from Shopify to BigCommerce and were looking for an upsell app that could meet the performance of the one we were using on Shopify. Easy Upsell has exceeded our expectations and is able to deliver higher conversions than the old app we used thanks to the targeting logic that it has. We are very pleased and would recommend!

No support at all - even when there are options where they DIRECT you to contact support for assistance - The app is easy to use and converts well BUT there is a featur where you can show the pop on on checkout, on cart, or when adding to cart - the last option glitches for us and adds 2 to every cart not 1 item. They indicate there may be issues with that option and to contact support for help - I did that weeks ago and have followed up 3 times with NO response. I also used the contact form on their website. Like other reviewers have said, there is zero support available. Infuriating, I'll probably cancel my enterprise plan over it.

Doesn't create upsells just gives unauthorized discounts - Really poor implementation. Customers get discounts on any items added to the upsell trigger, just by adding them to their cart. So what ends up happening is customers are just getting discounts everywhere on purchases they would have made anyway, and they are not adding more to their cart or being upsold. In other words the discounts you intended to offer as an incentive to increase cart AOV just gets awarded all over the store by default and is divorced from any AOV-increasing psychology. This ruins the economics of the store, because this is ecommerce: huge discounts with no increase to AOV just makes everyone else make money except the vendor. BigCommerce, Upsell App, UPS, Fedex, credit card merchant, merchandise suppliers, employees, etc. Nothing left for the vendor, who gets left holding the bag selling their goods at or below cost.Probably a limitation of BigCommerce development because I can't imagine this being an intentional approach.And in agreement with other reviews, support is nonexistent.

Awful support - great app - The app itself looks and works great (for the most part). But then I discovered it was giving discounts when it shouldn't have (like putting an order in on the backend). I've contacted their support numerous times through different email addresses and even their contact form and haven't gotten a response. Haven't used the app in a month because of this issue and I was still charged. If I don't hear back from anyone shortly, I'm going to dispute the charges with my bank.

Best Upsell App - We saw the value of Easy Upsell during our first month trial when we were able to Upsell at checkout 3x the cost for the app itself for a year. We are able to use it for promos and daily Upsells we want to run. Best option on the BC App marketplace.

Their customer service is very helpful and friendly. Installation and rule creation was straight forward and easy. But I did notice that some of the rules were not working correctly. When I contacted customer support, Matt from Easy Upsell looked into it and noticed the same results. He quickly contacted the developers and had them look into it. Turns out I had some conflicting rules which caused this issue. I learned that I need to pay attention to the order in which these rules appear in the “Automatic promotions - Manage prioritization” section under Marketing/Promotions of BigCommerce system as well. Once I started paying attention to this section, especially the “Stop after this rule” ATTRIBUTE, upsell rules have been working the way I intended them to function. Excellent App for Increasing AoV - We've seen a significant rise in Average Order Value since installing Easy Upsell! Some of our Upsells have as high as a 50% conversion rate! Very simple software, yet provides very powerful results. A MUST HAVE for ecommerce companies with broad catalogs!
