Helping customers find the right product after BC broke their search - We hate having to pay for something that use to work, but the Doofinder search does add some benefits to the search results for a customer. So far we are happy with the results. BC didn't need to break their search engine, but this is better than when the BC search worked. Great Functionality. Easy Implementation - DOOFINDER is a terrific improvement to the base search functionality in Big Commerce. Search results populate extremely fast and with relevant content including product images. Through the admin dashboard, you have access to a set of intuitive controls such as dynamic re-ranking, search result customization, the ability to assign redirects, and to define search term synonyms. Improved my search bar! - Anthony was excellent to work with and the trial period was awesome. Him and Mario also troubleshooted my technical problems in the fastest matter. This tool also benefits for my in-store sales as I am able to show customers what they want while inputting their keywords into the bar. The interface is very clean and lots of functionality that I did not think of.
