Total Con - Be very wary of the figures this company presents to you, they seem to be inflating, or including searches from googles searches in its results, this inflates the price to you, for nothing you did not have before. Nice enough people and the way it displays on your shop is good, but the price is unacceptable, the figures cannot be believed and ultimately if they cannot match the figures in your own bigcommerce shop then how can they be believed, for me 150% increase in their figures compared to bc, they price though on requests not instore searches, and state I had 93500 requests in the last month, no way do we get those figures, nor do they match anything but the google search numbers for our product range, all in all, I consider these figures to be a massive con

Great system, fast search results, great features - This is one of the best search systems we've come across and I think it will be super helpful for the customers to find their products. Great Communication, Great Service, Great Product - ….a cold call from Qasim has been a very educational exercise for me. His approach to introducing Doofinder was excellent, as he very quickly got my attention. We installed the App on several of our websites and after a few online sessions, he stuck with me and navigated me through the learning curve. Very Impressed - I was very impressed the very first time I used DooFinder to search for an item on my website. The results that showed were more professional and much more accurate than the results I was previously getting. I also really like the statistics of visitors, how many searched using DooFinder and how many made a purchase. There are also so many other parts of DooFinder that I have not used yet but I will in the near future. I do have to say, Lindsey was awesome. With her knowledge of the system, Lindsey sold me on buying DooFinder on the first phone call. She has also been available to answer any questions I have when I have called.

Doofinder App - We have recently installed Doofinder and have been impressed with the results so far, Taushik explained the app very well and was easy to set up !

Good product and service - Nice slick product that improves the search bar immensely on BigCommerce platform but the 30 day free trial is misleading. They say it is $35 a month for the service after the free trial but do not tell you the features you get the try out within the free trial period will cost you $59 and up a month. Other then that so far so good and my Customer service Rep Daniel was superb.
