Great help for package delivery - We have had increasing problems with customers not receiving shipments. For our high-value shipments we require a signature. The AftershipTracking has been terrific at keeping customers informed about their order's progress with the delivery carrier.

Excellent support! - The default Bigcommerce shipping and returns setup is pretty meh, basic. This app solves everything that BC is missing. Customer support is always great (usually can get things resolved in about 10 minutes) and the interface is super easy to use. The 3rd party integrations are also great (Klaviyo for the win!). Haven't had any of the issues the past few reviewers had so I'm guessing they just configured things wrong. Would recommend this app to any store owner that is serious about customer experience.

Excellent app, great support - You have full control of how the tracking page appears, just make sure to customize it. A much needed app for any BigCommerce shop that does not use a third party shipping app for their orders. So far, it has been excellent. I have not experienced what the previous reviewer mentioned but I customized my tracking page and email messages. It is great to know where your orders are as a customer and as a shop owner.
