Good product - support could be improved - Our experience using Aftership has been mostly positive. The email templates are easily customizable which gives us a lot more branding opportunities than our previous shipping email software. It's easy to use and helpful to our customers. We are quite happy with the product itself. However, we have had an issue with their support team that has been difficult to resolve. We were overcharged as a result of an issue with our initial set up and have had a hard time getting refunded for the extra charges. To date we have only received a partial refund after multiple chats and assurances that the issue would be resolved.

Good app but they nickel and dime you - Great app and service but it's off putting the extra charges for Users and $30 dollars a month for a simple report. I would switch soon to another app for that reason

plans have changed - This is still good app but be mindful their plans have changed. They still have free plan but no email notifications will be sent with free plan.

Limited Customization Options / Slow Support -

This app provides accurate information to your customers and functions well.  However, the customization options to "brand" the look and feel of the tracking page and notification emails are very limited or non-functional.  Even the aftership tracking button's color can not be changed to match your website's theme.  Combined with slower than average support response time makes the app frustrating for any business that is looking to achieve an appearance other than something that is one-size-fits-all.

It functions well and is definitely worth considering if you are willing to accept the customization limitations.

Good Start -

Easy to install, works as described. Wish there was a way to update when I want, not every 3hrs. Would be nice if my customers could see this live tracking when they logged in their account. Icons/notifications to show when packages are still in transit beyond their scheduled delivery date might make the app worth the price. It's a good start.
