Extra Mile - I'm on BigCommerce and when it comes to navigating all the particulars of doing your own website - certainly there are sharper tools in the shed. But I enjoyed working with Yotpo's crew, specifically Paulo, who came alongside me to make it all get integrated. Gracious and on top of that did it well. Good to work with.

Excellent Customer Service & App - We've been using the built-in BigCommerce review system since we migrated from Magento. We've received less than stellar response, despite offering a discount coupon. On the urging of our SEO team, we moved to Yotpo and within a week I am amazed by the software, customer service and all around impact Yotpo has had on our site. Highly recommend Yotpo and a special shout-out to Paolo for his great customer service and technical support.

Great Customer Service - I have been with Yotpo for quite a few years, and they have made it super easy for me to get real reviews from real customers. Anytime I need help with widgets, and other integration issues, I can always count on quick customer service. I can email or use their chat service, either way they are reliable and they manage to fix my problem. I highly recommend Yotpo, over the years using their coupon email has generated alot of revenue I normally would have lost. They really make it easy. I would love to take advantage of the premium plan, but its too pricey for a small business. But I will eventually get there!

Heard about Yotpo from a fellow store owner! - Yotpo makes it easy for us to streamline our product reviews. I used to use it when I was on Shopify and loved it then. Still great and still love it now!

Great App - This has been a great app to show both reviews for our store itself and also products. Definitely a good trust builder!!! :) A note to those of you who have themes built on Stencil and don't want to touch core files in order to install Yotpo and thereby lose all possibility of future theme updates. You can insert the installation code for the floating tab, the widget and star rating on product pages into the Footer Scripts box found in your bigc dashboard. Then use javascript to move those pieces of code to any area of your product pages. Seems to work well depending on what html tags your theme uses. :) Hopefully yotpo will post this alternate method on their Bigcommerce documentation/installation page.

Great App - Great app for reviews and comments. Lots of cool things about Yotpo. Way too pricey on the premium for adding customer photos. Actually I was shocked at the monthly cost and thought is was a mistake. Otherwise, the app works great on the monthly fee at around $30.00 bucks a month.
