Excellent - Awesome support - Having come from another platform and review engine we were looking for a product that did what we were used to and that could import all our 1,600+ reviews. Stamped fast became the obvious choice and the Stamped.io team did a fantastic job of migrating all our reviews and setting up their app on our Big Commerce site. Very Happy with the product and the service.

Should have done this sooner - Honestly, we should have integrated this much sooner than we did. Once we finally did, the team at Stamped.io were there to help with all of our questions and even getting things set up. We were off and running and were receiving reviews from clients like we never have before. How the reviews show on our site is definitely an upgrade as well and helps to build buyer trust within our site.

Value for money, lots of features and awesome support - I have been with other review platform providers when we first started our business. Stamped.io has all the features of the more publicized platforms but for a better price. They also are updating their platform all the time with new features. The support is fantastic the best you will find anywhere. I have emailed them a few times and they are always prompt, and fix my issue. Even if it is me just not understanding something due to no fault of theirs. I have recently had other review platform companies call me to change, but there is nothing they could offer me that would be better then I have with Stamped.io .Been there done that. Fantastic App - We have only used this app for a couple of weeks but are already seeing a huge improvement over the app that we had been using for 3 years. This app has so much more in the features and at a reasonable cost. Had a couple of minor issues when setting up on the website but Tommy and Ivan were right there to assist and fixed the issues quickly. Highly recommend this app

WOW. Really IMPRESSED with this App - Great App. Just starting to implement and already see their support is Great. I will definitely update this review but after doing all the research and after years on e-commerce field I can highly recommend this app. Just install and go with it. No need to pay huge amounts which some other companies are charging, this app has more bells and whistles.

Stamped - Awesome product. I installed Stamped on both my websites over the weekend. It is so easy for our customers to submit a review with this system. Just a few clicks on the email and their done. Oh and the customer support is the best ever. A must have app!

Excellent App, Great Customer Support - Very happy with the Stamped.io app so far. The customer support is great. They were able to modify the settings of the app to fit our needs and also implement the structured data correctly so the reviews / star ratings on our site are now getting picked up by Google. Could Not Ask for More! - 2024 Update: Still happy after all these years!We had been a satisfied Yotpo customer for five years. But when they told me it would cost us over 23X our current monthly rate to add the Google PLA review feed, that unfortunately ended our relationship (and they couldn't have cared less).So I went on a search for a review aggregator integrated with BigCommerce that could provide the functionality we needed for a reasonable price. I am so happy that we found Stamped.io!The transition was relatively seamless. Tommy was more than accommodating and generous with his time in getting the little details worked out so that the reviews would display where and how we wanted. There are many features in Stamped that we really like that are not available in Yotpo. For example, not only can you delay your review requests until an order is actually shipped, their integration with Aftership allows the request to be sent out after actual delivery instead of having to pick a predetermined shipping delay. Now we should stop getting 1-Star reviews that say "I haven't received it yet" on special orders.I love that it's easy to exclude products from review request emails, like for promotional items. Stamped can automatically re-send review requests if the first one was ignored should you want to do that. They also allow you to re-send requests at the touch of a button, which Yotpo does not.I could go on. The only feature we had in Yotpo that I miss is the option to choose product reviews to also be counted and displayed as site reviews. Maybe someday.Stan

Great! - This is a great review platform! The product works well, the support is excellent, and it's at a reasonable price. I've used several other platforms that either didn't get as many reviews, cost too much, or simply lacked the features I want. I'm very grateful to have Stamped.io

Great App - This is a great app to collect and curate customer reviews on site. It has all the features of other review apps for a much more reasonable price point. And the support is fast and helpful. They just get things done with no fuss and bother. If only all service providers were this good.
