The instruction on BigCommerce integration is easy to follow, which makes life a lot easier when I was modifying the codes myself.

Great app and support - The app and support have been great to work with. We had to switch from Yotpo when it's integration coding started causing our theme to not function properly. It was easy to switch over an import all of our reviews from Yotpo. Stamped.io was great at responding to any questions that we had and helped get us up and running. Since then, they have continued to be great at answering questions and helping us make sure the integration is still solid after updating our theme.

great product, great support - Stamped has been a good move for us. We do miss a couple of minor things from the previous company we were with but are learning to do without these. The Stamped team helped with the migration and the everything was pretty smooth with the switch. The reviews are coming in and things are working the way we would expect them too. We have looked at adding the rewards and referrals upgraded but the cost associated with this is pretty steep so we are looking at other BC partners to add this feature to our site.

Excellent Customer Service - I just switched from Smile.IO to the new Loyalty and Rewards with Stamped.IO - a few glitches along the way but super helpful and quick response to all my questions and issues! Now we are up and running with a new and improved rewards program that is integrated with the reviews!

Great Value, Superior Service - I believe Stamped provides the best value out of any CGC platform. The setup was incredibly easy, it does everything I need it to do, and the customer support has been excellent. I had concerns knowing that their team is based in Singapore, but this has not been an issue whatsoever. They can usually respond and take action on any of my requests within 24hrs. They have been very easy to work with, and they have helped me many times over the last month or so. Their display widgets look great, and the front end works well. I would recommend them to any e-commerce store looking to take advantage of CGC.

Very Grateful - I cannot tell you how many times their customer support has helped me. They are all fantastic and I keep finding new tools and tricks in the app itself. Most of my questions are answered within their blogs but if you need extra help they are always happy to help and they've never made me feel stupid!
