Excellent Help! - There was a bit of trouble getting the app connected with my webpage, but the staff were excellent at helping me! It took a few days of us working back and forth, but in the end a staff personally corrected the coding to make it work, and now it's working great! So they get a five star for their excellent help! The emails I create in the app look professional with a clean layout. I'm happy with my partnership with them.

Excellent Integration and Product - Having worked with a number of email interfaces, SmartrMail is a fantastic add-on for eCommerce stores of any size. Customer service has been excellent, features are robust and integration was very easy.

Simply Put: SmartrMail is Awesome - Look. We've all had to do it. Emailing clients and keeping up with those emails is tough work. Smartr does it, and does it well. Set it and forget it on quite a few tasks! I love it!

Great Email App and Easy to Use! - This is a simple to use email app. It was easy to setup and use. I wish it had a way to auto resend emails after a few days to people that didn't open or click the original email. Or be able to build another audience base on people that did not open and click. Keep up the good work!

So far so good.. - So far smartrmail is very easy to use. The fact that you can automatically attach products from your website into an email makes sending an email quick and easy!

Magic Water Beads - I am so glad I switched from Godaddy to Big Commerce! I have gotten so many accolades from my customers. The checkout procedure is so user-friendly. Equally as impressive was how easily I created the store. Inputting the variables was a breeze. I do not know why I waited so long to switch but I am glad I did.

Very helpful, glad I switched to them - I switched from Mailchimp to SmartrMail due to the Chimps TOS. I am not a tech person, I'm a merchant so when my site needs anything I normally sub it out but I attempted to make the switch and got stuck. I reached out to the team at SmartrMail and they came to the rescue and made it all work with my Theme/template. I am far from being a high dollar customer for them so help like that means a lot to me. So if you are reading this then you must be considering changing your current provider...I would highly recommend you give SmartrMail a serious look.

Fantastic app - I have been struggling to find time to produce newsletters and promotional emails but this app does it all seamlessly. Newsletters are produced easily and pull through information on products direct from the website. Had a couple of issues getting things set up but support was great and easily sorted. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommended! Updated from 4 to 5 Stars! - I've updated my review from 4 to 5. They just released new Pop Up tool which is really great! I've used Mailchimp, Constantcontact, and SmartrMail, and this app is the best marketing tool!It is a great email tool. I used to use Mailchimp but switch to SmartrMail since it's easy to use. The best parts are "Product Recommendations" and "Abandoned Carts" emails. It would be great if we could change the design of Pop Up emails. Then I would put 5 stars instead of 4, but overall I'm very satisfied. Highly recommended.

So far so brilliant - I needed an app to run my external mail and I have to say i have been very impressed with SmartrMail. They were extremely helpful with set up and any little glitches that I came across. The newsletter are super easy to set up if you want to use their templates, but even if you do you can adjust them to your taste. I would recommend SmartrMail, long may it continue.

A must for any eCommerce store - A great app. HUGE time saver without worrying about expensive and complicate CRM/ERP integrations for automated email campaigns. Very easy to use with the automation section able to handle even sites with 10K+ SKU's.

Easy & Free - I needed an easy and free email service to test how emails would convert to sales of my Dog boutique. SmartrMail really hits that spot. Setting up all the emails is super easy with their templates, and it's free for a small number of emails. I love it so far.

App Rating - This app is so far so good. I only had one issue where I had to resend out my monthly newsletter and manually add all of my subscribers again for it to go through. Other than that it was great.

SmartrMail - Just started using smarter for marketing products. I found it very easy to use and format. I sold products the first day of the campaign that I had not sold before. I would recommend smartrmail to anyone that does not have a lot of technical expertise in this marketing area.

Highly recommend - This is a really effective, easy to use and generously featured app. I particularly like the integrative feature where you can add products to newsletters easily by selecting the product from your store, it saves so much time. It has a lot of features I haven't tried but will get to. Pricing is competitive and quite a bit cheaper than others I have used. Support is quick and helpful. I recommend this app.
