Great and affordable - SmartrMail offers everything I was looking for in an email marketing partner all at a great price. SmartrMail - Simple to setup and use. I have used other similar more popular applications in the past and SmartrMail is solid. I wish they had more template to choose from but all-in-all I recommend!

Easy to use with plenty of how to articles that are very useful and helpful, once my subscriber list increases will have no issues continuing with the paid monthly service for the app.

Awesome product and staff - I was facing multiple issues with this software no behaving and doing what it was supposed to do and discovered some of the problems were most likely caused by another app or possibly because of the way BC handles images.Anyway, after going back and forth for a few days with support, nothing was too much trouble for them. They went well above and beyond to fix ALL the issues I was experiencing and considering most of the issues were due to other apps and BC, they really didn't need to do that but they did.This is an excellent platform to use for all your marketing and email needs and I love the fact that if you're just starting out like me and have a small client base then you can use the free version until you outgrow it or your subscriber list hits a certain size (think it was 200 or 250 subscribers?)So what's not to like? You really can't go wrong with these guys and as previously mentioned, support is second to none and they are very quick to respond. I look forward to moving on to the next phase with this company as I've been very impressed with it so far.Keep up the good work guys! 10/10
