Updates create havoc - Everytime there is an update it sends my inventory into a spiral...multiple variants that can't be removed unless you rebuild the entire item from scratch. In my retail business this is the worst for time management and ease of use.

Sort of Works - We have been using the sync for several months now and have been using shopkeep for almost 3 years. I love the shopkeep app overall but the sync isn't great. It needs to be removed and reinstalled all the time and loses its connection. Also they made me sign a contract when upgrading to sync that includes a lot of of things I simply don't use. I thought I would do it because of the time saver with syncing. However, since we have an existing bigcommerce store we have to basically replace every single item with it's shopkeep equivalent so they can sync. We were also told by a "shopkeep expert" (job title) that it would 100% sync items we have in shopkeep as fractional amounts. But it does not. He had verified that it would sync all items fractional amounts would be rounded to the closest whole #. Which I thought was fine, but once we spent tons of hours doing our inventory we learned it in fact does not. They offered a small discount as compensation only because we have an email stating it would work. They would not let us out of the contract until I complained more and asked to talk to higher ups. Then someone else contacted me and they let us out of the contract and gave a greater discount. I really don't understand why they don't know how the product actually works . I think they are growing too fast and trying to do too much. But as most small businesses. I just need it to work and so far it does sometimes.

Used to work, now it doesn't - When we first integrated Shopkeep and BigCommerce it worked great. Then. It. Stopped. And hasn't functioned well at all for months. Deleting items off BigCommerce is impossible, they reappear like bad relatives again. Shopkeep has duplicated the sync folders, there are now three, created because they told us to disconnect and reconnect our link with BigCommerce. NO ONE EVER TRIES TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. I've emailed, I've Called, I've written bad reviews like this one, I've tried to beg, and the front line folks are very helpful, giving the same advice i've received 100 times and promise someone from the mystical Quality Control department will call me, but the phone never rings. Its a great stand alone system, probably the best out there. But once you integrate with BigCommerce, they tell you everything is BigCommerce's fault and to call them. They take no responsibility whatsoever for the integration challenges that exist. So disappointed.
