Great Software Great Support - Sellbrite is the best multi channel software platform around. In addition, the customer / technical support is the best in the business. They are always there too help to resolve any issues that come up, or just instructional help when needed. I have been with them since the beginning.

Great Support - Support is fast and responsive. They always respond my requests the same day or next day.

Terrible Service & Overpriced - I had this app installed and was unaware that listings I already have in Amazon count towards my subscription with Sellbrite. They upgraded my account twice based on sales I made which had nothing to do with Sellbrite. Even my normal orders within BigCommerce count towards upgrading my subscription with sellbrite.

Fantastic Service - Fantastic Customer Service and a full range of features that should fit the needs of any business. They also take every customer feedback seriously and are always on the look out for improvements to their platform. Plus, the prices are some of the best around!

It works for me. - In overall, I had good experience with Sellbrite. Of course, as with any softwares or apps there are some advantages and disadvantages. Advantages: fantastic customer support (which is very important for me as I'm not good enough in techs), easy and fast to navigate, sync products and channels ( if it was easy for me it will be easy for everyone), relatively good price. Disadvantages: some limitations for the UK sellers(I want to get all benefits of the software if I charged same fees as US sellers), none of the courier companies I use supported by Sellbrite. To conclude, Sellbrite is a great software but fees for UK customers MUST be lower than for US due to some limitations .

Broken Data, doesn't work - Mis-advertised. Amazon listing is NOT supported, dashboards for sales not in sync with bigcommerce. This is a mess - save your time.

Awesome!!! - Took a lot of combing through apps to find this one that is perfect! Makes my life 10x more easier now....

This app has a major problem or two and no body is addressing them - This App is great! but it could be awesome! If only they would listen to their customers. Pictures! Pictures Pictures If you have an online business you know that pictures sell goods and big commerce is well set up for this lots of pictures with descriptions, only problem is Sellbirte does not take picture descriptions or labels so having loaded pictures onto Sellbrite you then have to go onto your online store and go through in my case 455 items and add subscriptions as I have 2 online stores I then have to go into the second store and do another 455 items WHY? But then the big problem comes in because if you change anything on a listing and publish it to the store It uploads the pictures again thus removing the descriptions on the pictures. why? While still talking about pictures when Sellbrite sends the pictures to Ebay and Etsy it shuffles them and you end up as the back of the box as your thumb nail, non of the other software I used had this problem, so once again go on two sites and trawl through 455 listings and reorganize the listing Why? Next. I have listed unto ebay with many types of software and only ever had one or two items that will not upload on Sellbirte i would say 45% of the items will not upload, and the biggest problem "This items needs a condition" that's the problem not every item sends the condition so although you have the condition on the item sellbrite does not send it, Why? what harm would it do to send the condition on every listing? but this is the annoying bit in the listing there is a check box to add condition but its greyed out in other words the option to pick it is disabled why? Why can you only pick one category on some listings when they post? when you update an item it posts automatically to the etsy and ebay but you have to go through multiple stages to update your stores WHY? Customer service the 8 or 9 people this Multi million Dollar company hire are great! what is not great is the way you contact them! Is says chat it is not chat its messaging so you wait 2 hours for someone to answer a request with a question that when you see it you post a reply back and it can take 10 to 120 minutes for the next reply WHY? use chat with a queuing system like the other companies with substandard customer service use or do the same as big commerce and hire some phone staff. at the same time we are in a global online marketing industry that's 7 days a week 24 hours a day and holidays Sellbrite customer service Monday to Friday 9 to 7pm closed weekends and holidays WHY? They Closed on Black Friday the busiest time of the year for online sales and for the entire weekend WHY? oh WHY? oh WHY? Its a Joke. And WHY on the Dashboard does it not include things like number of product lines active, total amount of Inventory, and total wholesale and Retail costs for inventory held. Why? and whey does the inventory information give you different information for your online stores compared with ebay and Etsy Why With such a great product I feel its only a matter of time until someone comes up with a similar product with all these corrections and then that will be the end of Sellbrite that over the time i have been on it has never improved, PS Sellbite has my Number and can contact me anytime but to speak to a person direct wow that's scary! sellbrite actually speak to its customers1!
