Game-Changer! - LitCommerce has been an invaluable asset to our business. We primarily use BigCommerce to manage our extensive catalog of thousands of products, which we then sync to eBay. Previously, we struggled with other syncing tools that required significant effort and time for proper product integration. LitCommerce's template/recipe functionality has streamlined this process considerably. The ability to quickly filter and identify which products are listed on specific sales channels, and which require listing, is a major time-saver.We've encountered a few minor issues, but their customer service has been exceptional. They are highly responsive and committed to resolving any problem, providing thorough explanations and detailed screenshots/videos to guide us through solutions.Furthermore, LitCommerce is constantly evolving, with new features regularly being added. We are extremely satisfied with their product and service.

Set Up - Would totally recommend 10/10. I actually had an issue I had not noticed and the company contacted me to correct it. Talked me through the correction and then answered other questions I had about the app. Wish all companies were this pro-active! Big shout out to Rachel who was very patient with me.

Brilliant app - We've been using this app about 6 months and it makes listing to marketplaces SO easy, it pretty much does most of it for you, you just might need to tweak a few things on Amazon and Etsy. Support is fantastic, highly recommend!
