Dont Be fooled by the Positive Feedback - They have no clue what they doing when it comes to Big Commerce , Although Setup was easy, within 6 Weeks I ended up with a Google Merchant Suspension Threat and an Encoding Error , when i contacted them multiple times for assistance they assigned rules which are counter productive then they tell me i need to change my titles and not use a certain word in the title or it will cause the rule to assign it a new condition when it should be a refurbished condition,WTH?!! I DO NOT Suggest this Company for Big Commerce, It is a Nightmare fixing this mess due to their application ..

Poor Support - This app appears to be geared for Shopify. I did not have the ability to get my mapping correct. In turn Google Shopping would not show my products. I also assume all these reviews are from Shopify. I tried contacting support but always received the message that it was out of their working time. No matter what time I tried to contact them day or night. I also requested support at any time convenient for them. I could not get the correct mapping for Brand, Color or Size on Bigcommerce. I finally decided to go with another app.
