Very useful and functional app - Excellent customer support, the app can fix almost any issue which if not fixed would prevent Google shopping from properly filing it. Pavel is always there ready to assist.

Good app and great support - The support is awesome and the app helps us importing our Amazon orders to BigCommerce. However, facing some issues as there is no automatically update of refunded orders, but support said that this feature may come in the future.

A great app for automation - Koongo is a great app for your automated feed requirements. Prior to using Koongo we had to manually refresh and download the feeds in bigcommerce then upload them to a subsite for our partners to grab. When we saw Koongo we trialed their app for several weeks with pleasing results and full automation. Support is also very helpful.
