Royal Mail Click and Drop App - When it works it saves much time but....... It is very intermittent sometimes it transfers orders from the store to Click and Drop sometimes it doesn't. There is no apparent reason for it not working. I am an ex software engineer and I find it very frustrating. The set up is simple so it can't be any issue there. I have closed Big Commerce, closed Click and Drop, disabled the upload. Nothing helps then next time it works!!! It's maddening.

Is fine for parcels... - I use click and drop for my ebay, etsy and bigcommerce store. My issue is with the integration with the bigcommerce store, if my customers buy an item that is a letter or large letter they get charged small parcel rate, bigcommerce help was lacking and a year later they still aren't interested in fixing it. I was told just to refund the extra postage charged on the orders which is annoying, time consuming and leads to questions like "i've received a refund, are you still shipping my order?"Other than that it works fine, i've never had an issue with it pulling my orders from the stores
