Don't even bother... - Installed the app, linked it to click and drop and nothing works - dont waste any time or energy messing with this.

Waiting on a fix... - UPDATE: App hasn't worked for at least a week. Tried to uninstall/install and get the following error: business.parcel.royalmail.com refused to connect. - So I have to use the Click & Drop site, but now the orders are no longer uploading to the app so have to process them manually. Reached out to support but haven't heard anything yet. Original review: The app works. I had no problems with learning how to use it which is really easy. It pulls in the orders from the BigCommerce store (you must put the orders you want to view in the RM app in to the "awaiting shipment" status on BC, and I noticed it can take anywhere from 1-10 minutes to upload to the app... I guess RM pull orders in on a 10 minute time frame). Creating the labels is easy, payment is easy, shipping is easy, booking a collection is easy... I really don't understand the negative reviews, we are a fairly big business that has just expanded to a new product range which sells far less than our main products... so click & drop is perfectly suited since we ship maybe 15-20 parcels of this new range a week. We book in the RM app, the next day the postman comes and collects and all done. Brilliant app.

Fantastic App - Absolutely fantastic app pulls through all orders with our Royal Mail OBA account. A good tip for this to work is to change the order to awaiting shipment from awaiting fulfillment when an order is placed.

Royal Mail Click and Drop App - When it works it saves much time but....... It is very intermittent sometimes it transfers orders from the store to Click and Drop sometimes it doesn't. There is no apparent reason for it not working. I am an ex software engineer and I find it very frustrating. The set up is simple so it can't be any issue there. I have closed Big Commerce, closed Click and Drop, disabled the upload. Nothing helps then next time it works!!! It's maddening.

Is fine for parcels... - I use click and drop for my ebay, etsy and bigcommerce store. My issue is with the integration with the bigcommerce store, if my customers buy an item that is a letter or large letter they get charged small parcel rate, bigcommerce help was lacking and a year later they still aren't interested in fixing it. I was told just to refund the extra postage charged on the orders which is annoying, time consuming and leads to questions like "i've received a refund, are you still shipping my order?"Other than that it works fine, i've never had an issue with it pulling my orders from the stores

Broken.... Seemingly unwilling to fix - I used this successfully for about 8 or 9 months. Two months ago it broke, and despite numerous questions from customer support it has not been fixed. Apparently it's only effecting "a small amount of customers". Doesn't help me much! Anyway, fixed it'd get 4 stars. As it is, 1 star is generous.

this works ok ... info in review - once you install it .. remember you need to move your item to "Awaiting Shipment" for it to show up in click and drop , if you dont do this it wont show up ..

is anybody managed to make it worked? - The app connected OK. It seems all Ok with connection but doesn't pull any orders from bigcommerce. So it doesn't work.

Terrible Buggy - Terribly buggy, intergration regularly loses it's link and when your in a rush to print postage the orders are siomply not there with no way to kick it to run an update for new orders, poorly developed, supported and implimented .. 0 Stars

Cocoapod loves Click & Drop - We've used Click & Drop since June 2017 and love the tracking info. The tracking is basic and shows when a parcel is delivered or an attempted delivery rather then tracking along the way but is 100% improvement on no tracking at all. The number of our 'lost' parcels has dropped as customers realise we can tell them where their parcels are.

Fantastic!!! Saves me so much money on Royalmail - I'm using royalmail business account with this app! It's saved me so much time with my shipping! Using a business account has saved me at least £60 per week on postage! Their customer services is excellent! :) I couldn't recommend them enough! :)
