Rewind - I am using their service, and I find their service exseed my expectaion, they deliver what they advertise, and their customer service over my expectaion, from scal 1 to 10, I will give them 10. Good job.

Peace of Mind - Rewind has given us peace of mind. We sell custom furniture for your home and outdoor, and have over 3,000 products currently. The solid wood furniture has numerous options...especially the kitchen and dining category. It took ~6 months to get all of the coding/conditional logic written, so protecting this work was very important to us. The thought of it getting wiped out, and us having to start all over again was concerning. We know longer have to worry with Rewind. Customer service has been great. Would highly recommend them!

Very Easy to Use - Rewind saves me so much time. I used to back up every area of our website weekly, now, its done automatically behind the scenes. So Far, So Good - Great Company To Work With! - Mike and the team have been great to work with so far. Installation went seamlessly and Rewind was very attentive and responsive to our questions when originally signing up. Hope we never need to use it, but we now know we are covered if a catastrophe strikes!

Rewind Works! - Pretty simple really, easy to install on our store, easy to maintain and works perfectly. No hassles with API, glitchy install or missing features. Correspondence was good and one price gets you everything. All in all, very very good.

Works Great - The Big Commerce platform does not allow for website backups. Each month we were manually exporting customers, orders and products. There is no good way in Big Commerce to backup web pages or content. Rewind backs up the entire website automatically so we no longer have to worry about nightmare scenarios with our website.

Rewind - A great App that is easy to install and then does it thing automatically. Deleted products are there when you need them, and with just a few clicks they can be restored.

Backing up my Site - Seems to work seamlessly. I haven't had to use the backup yet and hopefully will not. It does provide peace of mind.

Great - I don't think it could have been any easier to set this up. Our first backup was running within a few minutes. Haven't had to have any more interaction with the app since then - it just runs in the back ground. Hope I never need to use the restore feature but it is great to know it is there!

Perfect piece of mind - It's kinda hard to review a product you've never really had to use, but that's a good thing when it comes to Rewind. We have over 5000 sku's and having Rewind gives us comfort that all of our info is there if we need it. Simple to implement and piece of mind. What's not to like?

Nice to have this service - Both the installation and the Rewind platform was very easy to install and use. Having the Rewind platform gives me great comfort in case data is lost. I haven't had any data lost yet but it's good to know I can easily get the data back using the Rewind app.

Review - It is nice to know that my site and all of my hard work are backed up daily without a problem.
