Great app with awesome support! - We have such a great peace of mind knowing there is an app accountable for backing up and "rewinding" our store.

Didn't know Big Commerce didnt back up - We had an issue with a Theme update and didn't know big commerce wasn't backed up. I think this is very poor from big commerce . How many of their sites do not know from reading the reviews. We were luck in that the recovery was quick and easy. If we ran big commerce we would ensure all sites are backed up and include it in the price. Until they do this we use rewind.

Set it and forget it - I installed this app when I realized that all of my hard work on my store is in constant jeopardy without it. I was hiring a contractor that I didn't quite trust to do some work in my store. Without a backup, years of work and thousands of dollars of investment can be wiped out by an incompetent or unscrupulous person allowed into your store to simply make a small change.After speaking with BigCommerce I realized my exposure and decided to make a very small investment to protect myself. Frankly, I was disappointed, BigCommerce doesn't provide backup as part of their platform. Getting Rewind up and running was as simple as I could have hoped for. My intent was to use it to create a backup, let this guy do his work, and then to cancel.The cost is so affordable though, I decided to keep Rewind. I literally do nothing and my store remains protected. You never think about data loss until you have it, then you go scrambling for those backups (if you have them).I was prompted by Rewind to write a review, so I went in and looked. It's nice to see that the backups are occurring automatically. Other than my monthly billing from Rewind, I don't have to think about it- just what you want from backup software.

Wish I had this BEFORE the data loss - These guys are great to work with, still new to the app but the peace of mind is immeasurable. Wish there was more support for complex rules restoration, but thats a limitation of BC, not Rewind. In fact they are working with BC to push the envelope on those kinds of things.Data loss is going to happen, it's just a matter of if you are prepared for it or not - this is the best insurance policy against that.

Peace of mind and great service - We are relatively new to Rewind, but have already benefited from the peace of mind knowing we won't lose important listing and order data! The number of SKUs in our store has grown much more rapidly than expected, so every day I am even less able to protect my data. That's where Rewind comes in - I can keep rapidly growing my store without being slowed down by coming up with and executing my own backup protocol. I love the freedom to focus on growth! Thank you Rewind. And yes, I have found customer service to be courteous, friendly, and concerned about meeting the needs of my business. Thank you!

This is an excellent site - This is a pretty awesome site. It does exactly what it says it is supposed to do.

Auto Backup - We had auto backups with our previous platform, and it was discouraging to see that it wasn't included with big commerce out of the box. I'm glad that someone came up with a backup feature independently.

Peace of Mind - We have a large e-commerce site and it gives me comfort that we're backed up, and that if we make a mistake when changing the site, there is a backup available to restore things properly. Installation and "use" are very easy for a non-technical guy like me.

Rewind security - I have had rewind for a while and have never used used it or had to use it, it is the most hands off of any of the heaps of integrations we run meaning we feel secure that if one day we need it we can find what is lost! Phil Grant NZNC

Excellent App that let's me know I'm fully backed up! - Have been on Bigcommerce for 4 years now and have always wanted a fully-automatic backup. With Rewind we have that! Were there ever a technical glitch in the cloud, I would otherwise have no way to recreate the site, with customizations, other than to start all over! Very happy and feel secure.

Great Service! - Rewind did an amazing job helping me fix the issue. HUGE shout out to their Tech Wizard (official title) for being great.They helped me go over all the different issues we ran into. It tooka few tries but they went back over each piece of info to help us recover theUPCs we lost. They even went as far as to write a custom script to fill in the missinginformation. It was pretty brilliant.Appreciate the help guys. Hopefully wont need to be, but if anything does go wrong I know they'll be ready to help us in anyway again!

Worry Free Site Backup - We have many pages of content and photos as well as our products. We now have peace of mind knowing that if something should happen, Rewind is there to restore everything for us as well as the template! "Don't worry, be happy!"

Great Product - Highly satisfied with the app great sense of security knowing we are protected.

Rewind Is For You - I know that I can sleep better at night knowing that Rewind is working and saving my BigCommerce data. I worked long and hard to get all my products posted and the thought of losing that information would be awful. Thanks Rewind - your product works great.

Rewind Back Up System - I have not had to use any back up systems yet, but my back ups are showing as completed :) It is a relief to know that I can get back to my last backed up state if something goes wrong. Not to mention you can't beat the price.

Must have for BC store owners - This is the top of the list for must have apps for BigCommerce stores. Having been an owner / operator on BigCommerce platform since 2010, I can tell you backups of essential data and design elements has never been easy. Downloading CSV files, exporting theme templates, writing scripts to attempt to automate this...and maintaining / updating those processes as BigCommerce evolves. Nightmare. Inefficient and not dependable.Rewind is a simple and thoughtless solution...especially with the recent addition of theme customization backups. WIth Rewind, you can now have a daily snapshot of essential data relating to products, customers, orders, web page content and theme customizations. Can't believe this is not already part of BigCommerce platform.

So far So Good - This app gives me the peace of mind needed. I hope I never have to use it but glad it is there if I do.

Rewind App - Excellent product, works well and the support staff are great.

Rewind Backup - Really easy to install on our store, easy to maintain and works perfectly in the background, I hope we don't have to use it much but if we do I feel safe knowing it's there when we need it.

Rewind - Very useful application when the need arrives. No bug, works fine. I highly recommend it.
