Great Customer Support - We had a problem with our first restore and contacted customer support for help. I most say that they are great - they got on it ASAP and got use restored right away - Kaleigh in support was awesome! - great communications - always keeping us updated - great job!

Simple and good peace of mind - Coming from someone who has learned what it entails to recover with a back up, it would just be an absolute nightmare with out a backup because alot of work goes into setting up a store with all the settings, products, integrations, etc. I have always used a backup system and actually a dual backup system.

important backup - As our site grows and expands it just gets more imperative to have daily backups to give peace of mind. Before Rewind, we did have an issue w/ site going down and it would have been such a timesaver to have had Rewind in place at that time, to be sure.

Spot On - Not had to use it yet but after an issue with import previous costing a loss and a lot of time wasted it this app is certainly a must have.
