Peace of mind - It is good to know your website is backed up automatically, if worse comes to happen. I hope I don't have to use it, but it gives me peace of mind knowing it is there when needed :)

Rewind - Works very nice, keeps us at ease!

Rewind Backups - I have always been backing up the 5,000+ skus on our 2 estores but I never realized what information was going unprotected. With Rewind, now I have the peace of mind that the many hours of work will be recoverable if the unforseen occurs.

Simple and necessary - We use a custom version of our theme. We have to implement some manual updates. It is critical for us to be able to go back at earlier points in time. Rewind is so simple. It should be one of the 1st apps of a successful store.

Rewind - I love that rewind keeps all of my products backed up so if my store were to go down I wouldn't have to add everything back by hand. It's awesome knowing there's a safety net in case something goes wrong. Especially if you have a large store!

Rewind is a blessing - Rewind is a backup service. If you don't have it you MUST get it. I installed a new version of the basic template and it broke my site's cc database. With rewind I was able to go back restore and resolve the issue.

rewind - I've only been using Rewind to back up my website for a couple months, but I'm very happy with the results. It's very easy to join and monthly costs are about the same as a cup of coffee.

Rewind - Very easy to install. Hopefully I will never need it, but I am thankful to have it as insurance as we continue to grow our online store.

Rewind BackUp - Rewind is great! We manage a large catalogue and rewind ensures we never have to worry about anything going missing :-) Highly recommend!

Rewind - I've only had rewind for a week now but wish I had known about it earlier. I'm doing a lot of work importing from square and it takes the worry away if something goes wrong I have a back up to easily install.

Saved My Skin - Works great! I did a bulk update and messed up all of my UPCs. Using Rewind I just went back to my last backup and restored everything like it never happened. It saved me hours and hours of work!

Wonderful at helping - I had a issue with BigCommerce and the Rewind app not working. I had uninstalled, and re-installed the app. Put in a trouble ticket with BC tech support and still not working with the 2nd round of help.I went to Rewind.io and did a live chat. Was able to get great help from Annie Kitiwano. She was able to resolve the issue with out any problems. She was able to find a work around and fixed the issue. Great app - Great app to have for backup

Your first App should be Rewind. A must for any store - If you only install one app on your BigCommerce store, this is the one. Super easy and behind the scenes. But when you need it, it's there to save the day. Saved us the third day after we installed while setting up our store. Install Day One, you won't regret it.
