Great Option for Backing Up Your Site - We always knew that once we moved over to BigCommerce we needed to find a solution for backing up our data. As we began to investigate which service to use it became evident pretty quickly based on reviews we read that Rewind was going to be our 'go to' to assist with this. It's every ecommerce retailers nightmare to be informed data has been lost, etc. We didn't want that to be us. Heck, we enjoy sleep a LOT and thus we made the move to utilize Rewind. Thus far the people and their product have been awfully impressive and would highly recommend you find out what we have. Get some peace of mind for you and your business!

Rewind Backups - Probably the easiest and most reliable app we have used so far. Still on the seven day trial but so far, all backups have been seamless and appear accurate. Hopefully I never need the backup but nice knowing it is there.

Great tool to have! - Very beneficial to have! They do all the work for you and send you a weekly backup summary. We can relax knowing we are taken care of should something happen to our site. The Rewind people are also very nice and accommodating. Good company to work with!

Perfect for peace of mind - I have had the website running for 10 years and touchwood never had an issue, but when I paused recently and had a look at all the products I have established online and how many 1000's of hours have gone into making what it is today, I had a moment of clarity, that if it was gone I would never get it back to this level again. Great tool for a peace of mind - Protect your most valuable ecommerce asset, your store, your data. You may be doing this manually. But it takes time, and you may make mistake. Backing up all your images and theme as well.

REwind backups - Extremely useful and would recommend. Our particular use case was that we use Shogun page builder, and what can happen is that if you publish something via page builder, it can overwrite anything edited directly in your theme files. We were able to recover a load of custom code that had been lost via the above process.

So far so good! - I am using Rewind because BigCommerce doesn't appear to support this backup and restore feature by itself. I had an issue and BigCommerce was unable to help restore our themes, which was a bit of a shock. I am happy that this app exists so that my site can be better protected. So far, so good has been my experience!
