Support was great, app has a minor issues - Derek from support was great in trying to help me, but ultimately they couldn't figure out how to pass back first/last name from the order confirmation page. Otherwise app seems to work better than Smile.io in many ways.

Still evaluating, but support has been great - I'm still not sure if I love RC or not. Still in the trial period, which is the reason for 4 stars. Set up was fairly easy though Support (Derek) was great, responsive, and knowledgeable. A very good start!

Great Customer Support - The app is very easy to install and use, great complement to SLoyalty. I had one small issue integrating with MailChimp, it was my error, not theirs. Karen in customer support found the issue immediately and helped me get it up and running.

GREAT customer service for a great service! - It's great to know that there are companies out there that still believe in excellent customer service. I had an issue to deal with our account and Tippy (the customer support person) was amazing. Tippy not only helped resolve the issue quickly and without problems, but was personable and knowledgeable in the process. Kudos to what looks like the beginning of a great relationship with a great company! We need more like this out there.

Great Job of Support at Referral Candy - I am launching a new trading service and I had an important question whichgoes into the "bowels" of how Referral Candy bills its clients. I knewthe matter would have to be escalated, as it was concerning the shoppingcart---and how "deep" the Referral Candy software dives into what is atransaction---or not! Anyway, Lorraine, and the entire team I have dealtwith at Referral are fantastic. A thanks, also to the finance team whoassisted Lorraine in this matter. So Far So Good! - We just recently got this app up and running and, so far, all is well. Support is mainly electronic but they respond back fairly quickly and have knowledgeable tech support. It's a pretty cool app actually!

We have just started using referralcandy and so far its success. 

Once you take the time to set up it just sits in the background and runs its self!
