ReferralCandy Installation - There is a lot more to this app than I realized. It's a little daunting to learn all the terminology and I still don't know the system and work-flow yet. I have to get my email set-up and install CNAME values in my mail servers. So there is some basic set-up work to do. However, the system seems quite robust and flexible to account for a myriad of advocates and affiliates to help promote a business. I can't say yet how it all works, but I just spent some time with a Lariza, a ReferralCandy technical support person, who had the answer to every one of my questions, and provided clear and easy to understand instructions. So I am in the middle of this process right now, but after my initial session, I can say that I am psyched to continue to get this all done. I'll be able to market to past customers, new customers, and have other affiliates promote our site, and all of this seems quite exciting. Including an integration with Mailchimp...there's a lot to learn, but their technical support was great, and once I get the basics done, we will hopefully see this app work in action.

First Day Setup + Follow Up Help - I've used dozens of systems over the past 20 years of e-commerce sales. Shout out to Jon for super quick response to help me with the initial setup......super fast response which solved my problem! Too early to know if this will work but at least I have support!!Add to Review 12/20/22: Would like to thank Ines for the excellent help today via chat. My problem turned out to be me just not understanding how the system works so no big deal. However, Ines was super helpful and stayed on my chat for 10 minutes helping me through my questions. Customer Service 5 Stars!

Help with Set Up and Marketing Ideas - We had a few questions about navigating the editing portion of Referral Candy and Derek was extremely helpful in walking us through how to edit our automated emails. Had some great tips and ideas about increasing our open rates - we are working our way through fixing the emails and updating our program. Excellent customer service from Karen - I have just discovered Referral Candy today, and I am very impressed. The app is very easy to use. I've had a small issue which was sorted after live chat with Karen. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service agent. I can't wait to use Referral Candy, I can see it doubling my revenue already. Keep up the awesome work.

Integration Questions - I had a couple of questions which I sent by email, through to support. This was replied to by Benz who sorted a video call at a convenient time for me, rather than create backward and forward emails. Benz went through and answered all my integration questions then gave me a complete outline of how the system process worked, she also gave me a few tips on how to improve the offer messages and social media postings. As a new customer, I'm impressed so far with the level of support I've received. A promising start to a mutually beneficial partnership.

Store integration - As I am a total non-techie person, I need extra help in installing RC to my BC store. After trying it myself and not doing a great job I reached out and found Benz who worked tirelessly with me to install RC. She is absolutely delightful and we were able to start the referral program online. BC (Thomas) was also helpful in partnering with us live in tandem to navigate the BC side of things. Can't wait to start getting new referrals. Thanks Benz for working so hard to get us up and running!

Great Customer Support - The app is very easy to install and use, great complement to SLoyalty. I had one small issue integrating with MailChimp, it was my error, not theirs. Karen in customer support found the issue immediately and helped me get it up and running.

GREAT customer service for a great service! - It's great to know that there are companies out there that still believe in excellent customer service. I had an issue to deal with our account and Tippy (the customer support person) was amazing. Tippy not only helped resolve the issue quickly and without problems, but was personable and knowledgeable in the process. Kudos to what looks like the beginning of a great relationship with a great company! We need more like this out there.
