got it going - been a rocky road, in my opinion no fault of my own. but seems to be working. its hard to troubleshoot on your own due to design decisions of the app, maybe with how it needs to be handled with BC. Not sure. but a lot of the functionality is off site and out of your control. so when support is not there is can be a difficult process. i'll update review as needed. when i do get support they have handles the issues. nothing personal, its just business. time is money friend.

Same problem as other reviewer - I wrote a mean review here, which prompted them to respond to us, fix some of the things going wrong and at least respond to my emails; others remain unfixed. Only product out there that really does this, so I'm kinda stuck, but hoping they can fix other issues. TBD whether that's the case.
