Disappointing - We tried it for a number of months and while MiniBC made efforts to get it to work for us, the combination of processing refunds and updating related transactions in Avalara were its downfall. After a while, we felt like a beta tester.

Best Recurring App - We migrated from another e-commerce system and we had to find a recurring app that had similar functionality. After reviewing several offerings, it became obvious that MiniBC was the best available. And for the few features that we needed that were missing, we were able to get custom development to make it exactly how we operate. Single Click Checkout, Recurring and API - We are using MINIBC recurring and vaulting for the capabilities around the vaulting, API, and recurring, so we are using ALL of the features they have to offer. We needed to support auth/capture, automatic refunding, group purchasing, and a VIP membership - all working together. We looked at many platforms to accomplish this project on and ultimately chose BigCommerce because of this app and it's functionality. At the end of the day, the best way to put our situation and finding MINIBC & Be A Part Of is, a needle in a haystack. Thanks to the BAPO team in executing a masterfully complex project in no other way, with excellence.

Great Service, Great Price - We started with Rebillia and it became a very expensive mess. MiniBC has not been perfect, but Douglass and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure our account is working properly, at a fraction of the cost I was paying Rebillia. I'm happy with MiniBC and will be sticking with them. Thanks MiniBC!

got it going - been a rocky road, in my opinion no fault of my own. but seems to be working. its hard to troubleshoot on your own due to design decisions of the app, maybe with how it needs to be handled with BC. Not sure. but a lot of the functionality is off site and out of your control. so when support is not there is can be a difficult process. i'll update review as needed. when i do get support they have handles the issues. nothing personal, its just business. time is money friend.

Same problem as other reviewer - I wrote a mean review here, which prompted them to respond to us, fix some of the things going wrong and at least respond to my emails; others remain unfixed. Only product out there that really does this, so I'm kinda stuck, but hoping they can fix other issues. TBD whether that's the case.

How can I get someone to respond to me? - I hate writing reviews, but they have gone complete radio silence on me while we were in the middle of setup so I figured maybe this will work. I've sent 3 messages them over the course of just over a week, with no response whatsoever. I've paid $600 so far and I still don't have a working product. Look I get that life happens but all I'm asking for is a response to one of my tickets. You could say "Hey, something came up and I won't be able to get you configured this week" and that would be fine. What's not fine is cashing my $600 and completely disappearing. I'm guessing they astroturfed these other reviews because this is beyond ridiculous, I've had better responsiveness from Comcast. I can't believe I'm even having to take time out of my day to write this. Don't make the same mistake I did and go with a more professional company. MiniBC Team - You have my email, you have my phone number. Please get back to me.

Great App and Great People - We’ve been working with MINIBC for over 3 years now. We’ve had some ups and downs, but overall the team there is always there for us. We wouldn’t be on BigCommerce if it wasn’t for the experience that the MINIBC team has and their ability to solve our business problems. Most importantly, when challenges or bugs have come up, this team has never shirked responsibility, and has always gone above and beyond to solve problems fast. This is just not always the case in the IT world and it makes all the difference. Highly recommend them for tough projects!

Recurring billing from MiniBC is just the solution that we need - We have been using MiniBC for many months now and we couldn't be happier with the software solution, service and support. The support team has been so responsive when we have any configuration question for our products or with any questions about the software. We just had optimized checkout upgraded on our account and the MiniBC support team took care of the implementation, did QA testing and gave me an update upon completion. They are extremely thorough, friendly and the customer support is great! We feel that the MiniBC team really cares about their customers and they provide an incredibly flexible software solution that solved all of my recurring billing needs and the support team is responsive and thorough. We highly recommend MiniBC.
