Disappointing - We tried it for a number of months and while MiniBC made efforts to get it to work for us, the combination of processing refunds and updating related transactions in Avalara were its downfall. After a while, we felt like a beta tester.

How can I get someone to respond to me? - I hate writing reviews, but they have gone complete radio silence on me while we were in the middle of setup so I figured maybe this will work. I've sent 3 messages them over the course of just over a week, with no response whatsoever. I've paid $600 so far and I still don't have a working product. Look I get that life happens but all I'm asking for is a response to one of my tickets. You could say "Hey, something came up and I won't be able to get you configured this week" and that would be fine. What's not fine is cashing my $600 and completely disappearing. I'm guessing they astroturfed these other reviews because this is beyond ridiculous, I've had better responsiveness from Comcast. I can't believe I'm even having to take time out of my day to write this. Don't make the same mistake I did and go with a more professional company. MiniBC Team - You have my email, you have my phone number. Please get back to me.
