Easy to use - Great app! - Great app! Easy to use and quite seamless. Also I had amazing support from start to finish. While being easy to use, the team at Rebillia gave a white glove treatment to make sure we understood the app and all of it’s features. Whenever I had to tackle a larger project or install a new theme, I was always given a great treatment with testing to make sure everything worked as it should by Rebillia. When I started I did need a hand often and it made every process super easy. I cannot stress how much I appreciated all the help. A+ App with an A+ team.

Everything I Ever Needed and More - After I spoke with several apps, I called into Rebillia with several requirements, and asked if they would be able to tackle it. They blew me out of the water. I own a cosmetics brand with a complicated subscription model. If you've ever built your own skin care routine you realize you go through different products at different rates. As such, I wanted a way to restock various products at various frequencies - without the customer needing to have 4, 5, or 6 different subscriptions. Rebillia allowed me to create a facial cleanser subscription product, but in addition to a monthly day and nighttime cleanser, customers receive moisturizer every other month, toner every 2 weeks, Niacinamide every month, and Vitamin C every 3 months. I'm currently working with Rebillia's team to build an integration with my Salesforce account using their API. The guys over there are super helpful and they've able to provide support to my developers every step of the way. After that is done we'll start working on customizing our dashboard. The API for Rebillia's app is flexible enough for us to integrate different interfaces seamlessly into our current dash. Compared to other companies I've researched their Analytics section is absolutely one of the most robust. Cohort analysis, weekly sales goals, retention rates and a few more metrics are available whenever I need to view them. I've been traveling a lot lately, but I'm glad I'm able to access all the same information from my phone. They don't currently offer a native mobile app, but our team was able to incorporate Rebillia into our own through an API. They said it will be released soon. My parent company has taken notice of how our sales have changed since getting started with Rebillia and we're currently looking to introduce more stores. We haven't tested it out just yet, but Rebillia assures us that we'll be able to connect all 3 of our e-commerce store to one Rebillia subscription account and manage everything from there. I really didn't think I be able to put this type of subscription together, but I'm glad it worked out. I took a chance on Rebillia and I highly recommend it.
Best customer care! - I can't say enough about the customer care from Rebilia. i came to them with a MAJOR problem on my website and even though it wasn't even related to Rebilia- my representative took the time to investigate and help me with my problem. When i called in a state of panic, my representative made it better and helped lead me to a solution that solved my problem...even though it wasn't even a Rebilia issue. I'm so thankful. Excellent Subscription Software - Great Service - We have been with Rebillia since March '18. Our relationship has been extensive. Specifically, Matt, et al. have been able to help us implement Big Commerce optimized checkout, taught us about reMail campaigns, and provided support on all things related to the checkout process. We have a great history with this company. The pricing is transaction based and grows with the use of the product, so you pay for what you use - a fair approach for B2B marketing. The reporting includes revenue generation and the expense matches a monthly revenue cycle so you can always easily verify a positive ROI. We would definitely recommend this app and service to businesses of all sizes.
Bugs & Zero Technical Support - Expensive sign up fee USD$500 + high monthly fee base USD100 with transaction fees (1.25% + 30 cents per transaction). Problems integrating with Stripe so your customers will no longer receive receipts. Issues with notification template as well. No incoming order notification on the customer side as promised. ZERO tech support for the price!!!! We are very tech-savvy people and have been calling/emailing Rebillia on daily basis without getting further help. We want to share our experience here so people are aware of what they are signing up for.

Rebillia is outdated. App does not support auto-replenish - I have installed this app with the expectation that the auto-replenish is available. After viewing their videos, their production options on the video is not the same as the stencil version. Hence, it does not work for auto-replenishing.

Stay Away - they did a great selling job. BUT most of the captured card details never worked. Integration was painful - they did help us set it up but it still didn't work. they then had the cheek to charge us many times the agreed fee as they said we had exceeded the monthly allowance. An EXPENSIVE mistake AVOID!
