Bugs & Zero Technical Support - Expensive sign up fee USD$500 + high monthly fee base USD100 with transaction fees (1.25% + 30 cents per transaction). Problems integrating with Stripe so your customers will no longer receive receipts. Issues with notification template as well. No incoming order notification on the customer side as promised. ZERO tech support for the price!!!! We are very tech-savvy people and have been calling/emailing Rebillia on daily basis without getting further help. We want to share our experience here so people are aware of what they are signing up for.

Customer Service Non-Existent - What happened to this company? Used to be good - program worked without too many issues. Now, you'll be lucky to get anyone to respond. Customer service is non-existent. We are done with this company.

Rebillia is outdated. App does not support auto-replenish - I have installed this app with the expectation that the auto-replenish is available. After viewing their videos, their production options on the video is not the same as the stencil version. Hence, it does not work for auto-replenishing.

Stay Away - they did a great selling job. BUT most of the captured card details never worked. Integration was painful - they did help us set it up but it still didn't work. they then had the cheek to charge us many times the agreed fee as they said we had exceeded the monthly allowance. An EXPENSIVE mistake AVOID!

None Responsive Customer Service - I wanted to set up a subscription service with this company. I had an initial meeting and they they stopped responding to my emails.
