Great support - We are using the app for 8 months with no issues. Last week we decided to change some settings in our Quickbooks account and needed some support. They provided the best one. Karol, Hazel and Troy were like our teammates. They have done all for us.

Fast and on it - Once again, the onesaas chat support team (link above) provided fast and excellent service clearing stuck transactions in my BC/QBO integration. While I do wish some of these issues could be resolved in the backend (like the ability to successfully merge products), Sherwin and the others are able to quickly assess and fix any issues. I am pretty sure they are my favorite support team out there.

Very helpful - After major problems when we first moved over the Big Commerce they have since rectified all problems. When I do have an error that I need help with they are very friendly, helpful and professional. I spoke to Sherwin today who solved my query quickly.

always an issue-no support - App worked OK for a short period of time. Then only a little over half of the invoices would sync. Finally the invoices that did sync would have a different amount owed, paid and taxed. The biggest problem is no one at Bigcommerce can fix the issue. You call tech support and they say someone will follow up and they follow up with a generic response. No real support for this app that I can find. Such a let down

3 stars - 3 stars is probably about right. having issues, but haven't spent enough time to troubleshoot. So could be user error. Not as intuitive as it should be though.

Frustrating! - I've tried giving this program the benefit of the doubt. I've tried to do my research and use the help pages. I can get things working for a short amount of time - I did have a good stretch of 3 or 4 months there where I didn't have to do any fiddling with it. And then it seems like BC or QBO does some sort of update, and everything breaks. Can't seem to get the products to line up properly, invoices won't flow in, super slow to sync. Even though I have the items/sku in QBO and BC, it's determined to make it's own. Do NOT recommend. You get what you pay for.

Inventory does Sync - I've been working on this for the past 2 days straight. Been on the phone with both BC and QBO . And still non of my inventory will sync to QBO. Very dissapointing since I spent all this time trying to input all our info.

BEWARE DOES NOT WORK - Don't waste your time, go ahead and look for something else. This app is easy to install and easy to configure, however it does not work. It does not sync the inventory for multiple items and does not import orders to QB. Look for something else.

No Sync - Even after reviewing the mostly negative comments, I still decided to use this app since we are just getting our Quickbooks started and this app is free. As others stated the sync process works about 1/2 the time. Orders are synced and inventory is update upon order sync, but adjustment made to inventory in QBO doesn't seem to push back to BC.

Same as the most recent reviews, not possitive - We have been using Xero for over a year now, wanted to have a simple easy (no needing to reconcile) every transaction so we attempted to purchase and install Quickbook online with bicommerce. After 2 days of 2 people that know the in's and outs of what can be done and what can't now we are extremely upset with it so offerings. Taxes are said to have be automatic which is fine if you manual imput invoices which we do not do. So no tax reports or any data for taxes can be generated. Regarding support, sure they are there to answer the phone but honestly after speaking with multiple people they don't know much at all about the system and the system is actually so simple and basic which is even worse. IMO the QuickBooks Online is not meant for an ecommerce company taking orders online since it doesn't grab feeds /data that way it should

Not working - We are trying to set this up using a clean BC and a clean Quickbook installation. The app is not working the the data is not synced. Spending more than two weeks now between BC, Quickbooks and OneSas support. Seems to be waste of time. Disappointed customer.

This APP is Great! BUT the support ....not sure - The set up is a little hard to follow, but I admit I'm also no expert in QB or accounting so there's that. I think Its all configured correctly right now BUT Im hesitant to allow them to sync before I'm 100% positive its set up correctly. We have a years worth of sales to import and It would be a nightmare if anything already in QB gets overwritten or placed in the wrong chart of accounts. The actual set up / configuration took me less than 10min, whats frustrating Is just cant seem to get in contact with a qualified QB support agent willing to check my work before I hit sync.

Doesn't work - App installed and setup but nothing is being sent to Quickbooks Online, been waiting over a week with no word from support. Just switched from Shopify to BigCommerce and already behind on my accounting, not a good start.
