CALL ME Sync - DUPLICATE ORDER #'s and MISAPPLIED PAYMENTS - Having multiple error issues, cannot get help from Intuit or Big Commerce - Regarding DUPLICATE INVOICE / ORDER NUMBERS, MISAAPPLIED PAYMENTS, And the lastest is an order which showed it had an error, I told it to ignore the error (figuring it would then sync) and the order then disappeared !THere appears to be no communication with regards to preventing duplicate order numbers. This app "Should" query Quickbooks to see what order number was posted last (because if you manually enter any invoices, Big Commerce will refuse to sync or will misapply a payment, but not sync the actual order number. VERY FRUSTRATING and I am certain I am not the only site owner to encounter this issue! We have 4 website with Big Commerce and 4 separate Quickbooks accounts, so we get 4 times the headache!! Also I cannot log into support, it says I'm not Authorized!! Dave Schenk 727.938.2100 ext 2

New Quickbooks App - Hopefully this will help people. DON'T USE THIS VERSION OF THE APP. THERE IS A BETTER VERSION AVAILABLE. The company who developed this app is OneSaas. They were purchased by Intuit a few years back. OneSaas created a version of this app available for download from Quickbooks Online. It's free for anyone with an active QBO subscription. It has all the features which this app lacks, except the ability to sync updated pricing. That still has to be done manually. Again, stay away from this version of the app. It should be removed from the app store.

Can't sync to Quickbook online 2 weeks - I report to QuickBooks online that my order on Bigcommerce can't send sale receipt to QBO.They found a problem but can't estimate time for fixing it.Now, it pass 2 weeks and still working fix it.The inventory on Quickbook online is so terrible. I can't track inventory.

Superior Customer Service from Benielle - I had to Contact Benielle on 2 different occasions. They where extremely helpful the first time and I was happy. I had a new issue recently, and had been going back, and forth by email for about a week, and was getting frustrated. Today I contacted to live chat, and was thrilled I got "Benielle" back to help me. They are very helpful, and explain things to you in a easy to understand term. I highly recommend having them help you. Five stars all the way. Thanks Again!

Helpful Support - The app is actually better that QBO itself. So many issues with QBO but at least when it comes to solving issues regarding syncing, the service is great. Rominick was very helpful.

Xero to QB conversions - I had been pulling my hair out trying to figure out Quickbooks after being with Xero for years. I had been using Onesaas for 5 years but now that it only works with Quickbooks for invetory tracking I made the switch. Thanks to Troy at onesaas for his awesome help.

Amazing Customer Service - I've used OneSaas for a while syncing to Xero but recently moved to Quickbooks. This was partially due to the OneSaas acquisition but due to issues with inventory in Xero. Clarisse was amazing and helped me switch things over to quickbooks and sync the historical data needed to make our migration smooth.Update January 2022 - still amazing customer service, this time from Sherwin. Helped debug an issue why orders were syncing when I didn't expect them and was able to provide debug info to help me trace no my side.

syncing BC with QBO - Vince resolved all my issues --and it was a pleasure working with someone who knew exactly what i was asking and how to solve the problems I was facing. Things are running smoothly now.
