Excellent Customer Support - We ran into an issue while using the application and was able to get it resolved quickly with the OneSaas support line. So far so good. Integration is about as difficult as you would expect for bookeeping. Making sure that your Sku's line up.

Great Service - Sherwin provided fantastic and quick service. He was on the chat faster than a cheetah. He helped me to back date my QBO imports from Big Commerce to the first of the year. Saved me a ton of time. Bonus!! He did it for both of my big commerce stores. Hard to find good service like that now a days.

Almost immediate help with OneSaas! - I have been so impressed with the help I've received from Hazel and Karol from OneSaas when we were having some issues with our Sales making it from BigCommerce into QBO. With their help, we have been able to resolve our issues and have everything flow correctly into our QBO account. Great job!

Big commerce Quickbooks integration - Having the orders from my BC store sent over to QBO saves me heaps of time. occasionally we've had issues with them not synching across but when you contact support, the response is quick and you're problems are easily solved by their team. Karol has been total superstar with this and for that reason I give them a 5* rating, the integration I would say is possibly 4* given the errors. But all in all a really BIG help! Thanks Onesaas!

Great support - We are using the app for 8 months with no issues. Last week we decided to change some settings in our Quickbooks account and needed some support. They provided the best one. Karol, Hazel and Troy were like our teammates. They have done all for us.

Fast and on it - Once again, the onesaas chat support team (link above) provided fast and excellent service clearing stuck transactions in my BC/QBO integration. While I do wish some of these issues could be resolved in the backend (like the ability to successfully merge products), Sherwin and the others are able to quickly assess and fix any issues. I am pretty sure they are my favorite support team out there.

Very helpful - After major problems when we first moved over the Big Commerce they have since rectified all problems. When I do have an error that I need help with they are very friendly, helpful and professional. I spoke to Sherwin today who solved my query quickly.

Time Saver! - I used to have to put each order into Quickbooks manually. This has saved me so much time and effort every month. I love having everything sync on it's own daily. This was a lifesaver for me.
