Update Not Working, Support Link Broken - Jan 2026 update not working. Customer addresses not downloaded, product details not downloaded, shipping missing from orders. Trying to contact support but links are broken. Please return to the legacy version. That one worked.

Not fit for purpose - This version of Quickbooks integration is not fit for purpose. Its caused double entries and incorrect currencies in quickbooks. Dont expect much support from BigCommerce either, they pass it on to Quickbooks.

Horrible - Quickbooks has become one of the biggest disappointments imaginable. Several months ago they launched a new. version of this app. It was broken. After over a week of back and forth they allowed the legacy app again. It worked again. Now, they released a January 2026 update. It appears to be the same app they released last time WITH THE EXACT SAME ISSUES AND ONCE AGAIN, IT DOES NOT WORK. If you are considering an accounting system or ERP for your e-commerce business look at NetSuite. Quickbooks makes random updates without notification that will negatively impact your business. This integration app is only one of many examples of what a failure this is becoming. If I could leave less than one star I would. Unfortunately a rating is required.

Jan Update Ruined App - App has worked flawlessly since 2019 and recent update just prevented integrations, order & inventory syncing, etc. Now creating more work by needing to manually edit orders and import them. I have been trying to work with a representative and so far nothing has changed at all. I have disconnected and reconnected multiple times to no avail and customer support seems to think they are finished with helping. Please go back to previous and I can leave a 5 star!

Absolutely horrible after Jan 2026 update - You've asked us to disconnect and reconnect the app (which we have done 3 times). You claim a fix has been deployed (but no transactions are flowing through, and no invoices are created in QB). What is going on? Can you revert us back to the old app??

New update, now not - Hi, I updated the Bigcommerce (abbreviation BC) app in Quickbooks (Abbreviation QB) yesterday 13/1/25 (as prompted in QB). Today 14/1/25 none of my sales have synched and created invoices like they normally do. I can see that 5 orders have been imported from BC, only one of these have created an invoice. It seems like I should select them and click a button to move them to processing but I can't?

It is not worth a 1 star, that is too generous - I would not recommend this app for anything other than removal as an option in this app store. It does not adhere to the basic system-of-record principles for data exchange between BigCommerce and QBO. The concept of this app is perfect, but it is just not ready for prime time.

Lack of Support - Begging for assistance addressing their integration issues and it has been nearly impossible to receive any assistance. Only respond via email at the end of the day giving repetitive instructions to uninstall and re install, No one to speak to via phone or real help at all. I highly recommend using alternatives solutions with better support and less bugs.

Integration issues - Ever since Intuit/OneSaaS took full control of this integration, it’s been a nightmare. The new version no longer functions correctly — it only imports partial data from BigCommerce into QuickBooks Online. Shipping charges don’t sync, so invoices and payments never match (payments include shipping, but invoices don’t). Customer addresses are no longer imported, guest checkouts are skipped entirely, and even check payments are marked as “paid,” creating constant reconciliation issues. I’ve spent the past month manually fixing every transaction, adding addresses, and adjusting invoices one by one. BigCommerce support has been great but can’t help since Intuit now owns the app, and OneSaaS has yet to fix these problems despite multiple tickets. This rollout was irresponsible and has seriously disrupted my accounting workflow.

Integration Broken, 2nd time in 3 months - Zero Stars...Once again, QuickBooks have attempted to upgrade their App, no longer works!After the update on 6th of October the QuickBooks app no longer integrates. Was working perfectly prior to the update, was just told it is now back online and uninstall and reinstall and it will work, I have followed the process and still not working.

Integration Broken - The app updated and the connection has been lost from BigCommerce to QBO, nothing will update. On with the chat yesterday with no resolution. Allegedly in 24-48 hours the legacy app will be be re-introduced and the connection restored. It has been down all week.

Integration Ruined - I thought I was going crazy until I saw the most recent reviews. I'm also stuck with a new app that doesn't work. I now have a lot more work to do with trying to find an alternative, manually entering online orders into QB, and manually updating inventory on our website. For something this major, we should have been notified about the changes in advance or at least given a tutorial on how this would work. I can't believe this was beta tested at all because there's no way this works for anyone. Poor planning and execution all around.

APP IS RUINED AS OF 9/30/25 - A new update that was released was in fact a completely new app. This app does not support inventory syncing so any website that was utilizing Quickbooks as their inventory management software and had live inventory on their website is now completely screwed. There are quite a few features they removed with the new app without any notification that has completely ruined my website's functionality. They say there is no way to return to the old application and to be patient while their developers update their software with an unknown ETA. They say I should research something else to better work for my business, after I am now in a position where I am completely screwed. I will be getting rid of Onesaas and Quickbooks as soon as I now RUSH to find an alternative.

I need help! - I have your integration running, but I want to make some adjustments. When I try to "Get Support" or "Contact Partner" from your marketplace site, it takes me somewhere I can't request help. I am hopeful someone can see this review and provide help!
