Good product, but takes some time to get used to. - Our primary use of Printful is for soft goods and brand related merch. Pros: 1.) Customer service is quick and friendly and has good availability2.) Product design and store creation is fast and easy3.) Automatically creates product listing with great stock photos and descriptions4.) Good communication when products come in and out of stockCons:1.) Products created in BigCommerce are automatically created on the Printful side so if you forget to log in and "ignore" the item you will get a bunch of orders in Printful that have to be deleted ONE BY ONE, no bulk action.2.) Pay a lot of attention to how your shipping is set up so you don't end up undercharging for the Printful shipping charges

Overall pretty handy - I love that this app gives me the opportunity to put my brand on products. There is a bit of a learning curve, I think I spent 2 hours struggling with the app when I first installed it, but after those two hours it was smooth sailing. I strongly recommend watching youtube videos to make things easier.

Good and bad - I love the mock-up generator, that really makes listing items a breeze! The integration would not take. I tried several times and still have to manually input orders. The manual order process is fairly simple and not too time consuming. I will deal with it for now, during the holiday rush it will be a bit more inconvenient.

Great Option if Accesories Are Not a Profit Center -

An excellent app if apparel and accessories are not your main business and do not represent a profit center. Having to hold no inventory, the ability to try out products and make them available without hassle, and the turn-time and shipping time are excellent.

That said, your products will either be over-priced or you won't be making much of a profit due to their high prices and shipping costs. However, when you factor in holding inventory of multiple products and your or your employees time in preparing and shipping, it starts to look far more appealing.
