Love it! - I am beyond happy with my experience using Printful through my website. I honestly have no complaints!

Good except descriptions - The descriptions coming over from printful aren't formatted and get sent over as one big lump of text. I've been back and forth with their support team for 30 days now and it doesn't seem like the team responsible for solving it has even looked into the issue.

Good product, but takes some time to get used to. - Our primary use of Printful is for soft goods and brand related merch. Pros: 1.) Customer service is quick and friendly and has good availability2.) Product design and store creation is fast and easy3.) Automatically creates product listing with great stock photos and descriptions4.) Good communication when products come in and out of stockCons:1.) Products created in BigCommerce are automatically created on the Printful side so if you forget to log in and "ignore" the item you will get a bunch of orders in Printful that have to be deleted ONE BY ONE, no bulk action.2.) Pay a lot of attention to how your shipping is set up so you don't end up undercharging for the Printful shipping charges

Great app - Great addition to our store. It's very easy to use and very quick to get things set up. A nice variety of products and the quality and ship times have been very good.

Shipping and prices issues - lack of documentation - Printful and Bigcommerce work very well and the integration process is easy but there is no documentation on how to setup shipping costs and its really frustrating not knowing how to deal with that i might quit after all the work i put here

Integration issues with no solutions or support - Had this running for around 6 months with no sales before a customer asked me why the shipping was so high for the merch, all of the weight values printful had set on my webstore were completely wrong & Nonsensical like 5kg for a T-shirt no-wonder no-one ever bought a single shirt!! seemingly also i cant find a way to change it from the import side other than modifying every single variant/option of every item (hundreds to modify), as a result i'll likely get rid of printful because it's just not worth this hassle, support is near on non-existent as others have mentioned.

Works Great - Great selection and quality, however long production times lead to customers cancelling orders. Also, needs more selections of custom inside label products. Other than that, good stuff

Really Poor Supprt - Its unclear how to import a Tee Shirt into my BigCommerce Store. Its so easy using Teelaunch on Shopify but here on BigDweebCommerce, its complicated or I am missing something? I can't see a way to add theT-Shirt products to my store and moreover put them under a collection called T-Shirts. I suppose what I have to do is download a jpeg of the Tee front and back and build it up from inside the backend. Sucks - as does the support at Printful of Nothing.

Great results - I had Great results with the integration of Big Commerce and Printful. Easy set-up and with two clicks, one on the 'my Apps' and the other to Printful, i am establishing my storefront with ease.

Great Working together - Big Commerce and Printful site integration is wonderful. Upload are pretty quick and everything is seamless. This is my first website and dropshipping account.
