Fantastic customer support and time savings! - Long-time customer where we've been using OneSaaS for integration between BigCommerce and QuickBooks Online for years. We recently migrated QBO accounts and Ben at OneSaaS saved potentially weeks worth of export/import work into the new QBO instance. OneSaaS has outstanding customer support and the value of the app is well worth it. Highly recommend OneSaaS. Thank you again, Ben!

Excellent - I've used a lot of connectors with various carts and ERPs. This BC connector is the most thoroughly integrated connector between two applications I have ever seen. You have every option setting available to import data from BC into QBO just how you want it. My two experiences with chat help have been as excellent. I am so pleased I asked them if they made other connectors. I can't recommend them enough.

Onesaas to Unleashed - I have recently migrated our Unleashed to Bigcommerce Integration to Onesaas from FeatureIT. This is a relatively new integration for Onesaas and I was very wary at first. There have been a number of issues with data not syncing correctly which we have raised with Onesaas. They have worked over the last months in correcting these issues so hopefully the integration will be 100% operational in the near future. The plus of the integration is the support from Onesaas in solving these issues.Support is very good and queries / problems are answered very quickly and professionally

Very good customer support - We have been using this software to connect Big Commerce and Quickbooks online for several years. There was recently a OneSaas platform upgrade, and the team at OneSaas were very helpful in addressing the numerous issues arising from migration from the old to the new. While the migration was problematic and time consuming, the team were outstanding. I would like to thank Marck, Rafael and Troy for their assistance throughout this process. There are still some things to iron out from a development perspective, but overall it works well, particularly for regular online pre-paid sales. This app is not as friendly with syncing B to B sales, where company contacts often change, or where there are on-account (unpaid) invoices. Overall, this app is what you need if you are connecting Big Commerce and Quickbooks Online, and the team are always helpful (support is via email).

Great System and Support - We've been using OneSaas for our connection between BigCommerce and Unleashed Inventory Management, for the past couple of years. It's always done what we require and anytime we have had a question or issue Johnny and the support team have been fantastic in helping us out. They've continued to progress the system to cope with changes on both ends, as well as deal with our workflow better. Highly recommend if you're chasing a connection for your systems.

OneSaas App - OneSaas has made sales records and inventory management a dream. Just set and forget basically. Great customer support on hand and quick response time - not that I have had to use it more than a couple of times when first setting up. Highly recommend OneSasas with MYOB. Awesome Time Saver - Invaluable tool that seamlessly populates sales invoices into Saasu direct from our website. We have used OneSaas for over 3 years now and have found the app to be easy to use and when needed support service has been outstanding. Highly recommended.

I have been using this for nearly 2 years and it is great - Can't really fault this system. I use it with BigCommerce to ZOHO and Unleashed Software. Support is good and I believe every issue, question I have has been fixed same day. They were also helpful in adding in complex configuration from the other apps we link to.

NO PHONE SUPPORT - NO PHONE SUPPORT...Great software until something goes wrong. It very frustrating a B2B software that doesn't provide phone support or really live chat.

Works ok with Bigcommerce but not with eBay. No phone support. - Seems to work ok with Bigcommerce and Xero integration.If you have an additional sales channel through eBay then this is where things start to go really wrong.Inventory starts going out of sync, products with options don't get picked up.Support is via email only and seem more interested in stringing you along rather than providing a fix. We waited 2 months for a fix, which was supposedly weeks away. Now support are telling us that we are the only customers with this issue, right. No one else out there uses options for their products!?Overall, if they had a more forthcoming support team and provided genuine responses to their customers, I would have rated them a 3/5, however until they sort out a proper support model, I will not be recommending OneSaaS to anyone out there unless you're keen on paying for a product that doesn't work.
