Works again (finally) - I can re-quote the most recent review almost verbatim. This was almost my exactly my same experience: "I used the QB app for many years and had no issues. The recent update of mid-November caused a lot of issues with my Big Commerce integrations. Fortunately Francis at QB was able to get me back to the legacy version while they make fixes to the update...Francis is a hero. I wish she was the first person I dealt with when the problem started. That would have saved me about 30 emails, 10 chat sessions, and three long phone calls..." DITTO!!

This one works! - I used the QB app for many years and had no issues. The recent update of mid-November caused a lot of issues with my Big Commerce integrations. Fortunately Francis at QB was able to get me back to the legacy version while they make fixes to the update. Everything is back to normal and good working order. Francis is a hero. I wish she was the first person I dealt with when the problem started. That would have saved me about 30 emails, 10 chat sessions, and three long phone calls.

Jenny was great - The App itself is another story. I updated the app and then it stopped syncing. Took multiple days of multiple hours to get things fixed. Why on earth would they release an update that didn't work, I loved the old app and in fact that's what eventually happened. They downgraded me to the older version. The new version doesn't do stock management, it doesn't sync taxes and it doesn't sync shipping costs. I guessing I spent well over 12 hours on this. But ya, Jenny was great

Great Customer Support - We were having all the same troubles listed in some of these reviews until we got Jenny on support chat. She was amazing and spent a lot of time with us to get everything set up correctly and saved us from a great deal of manual work. She was patient and thorough. I couldn't be more grateful to end up with someone to actually help and was also kind. That seems to be a rare quality that I appreciate greatly! Thanks, Jenny!
