Tech/Set up help - support really help me with getting my account set up and synced. I even had a few issues with another marketplace integration and the support team helped and responded right away...even late in the evening!

Walmart App and services - the customer service I received went above and beyond all expectations. The support team full went over what was missed, and also helped correct the situation.

Friendly, helpful service - Process has been fairly straightforward. CED Commerce provides an easy way to add products to another marketplace such as Walmart.

Very responsive and helpful - I have been pleasantly surprised by Ced Commerce . We are using them for our integrations for both Wish and Walmart. The software allows the orders to flow from the marketplace to our Big Commerce store to Ship Station and back. It also keeps track of our inventory so we don’t accidentally oversell items. We have a small team and if we had to do all of this manually we would not be able to avail ourselves of these market places so Ced Commerce has really helped us. We had some complications understanding the set up process for Walmart and the Ced Commerce team swooped in and helped us complete the steps on the Walmart side so we could get live . The team Is friendly and incredibly timely. I honestly can’t say enough good things about working with them thus far.

Etsy Integration Does Not Work - We have a large number of SKU's in our store (a couple hundred thousand). CED kept saying they were importing them (after weeks only about half were imported). In that time we were made aware that a significant number of the product fields in CED for Etsy were not actually mapped to the marketplace. So none of the data for those fields were getting pushed to Etsy. CED support kept giving us the run-around. Saying they were working on it (for weeks). Nothing ever got resolved. We canceled prior to a second month coming up for billing. All in all, CED for Etsy was a complete waste of our time. Wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for an Etsy integration.

Cedcommerce - I have used Ced apps for Aliexpress & am now using for other integrations. I find them to be very helpful and their plan pricing to be great. I can always contact someone when needed, which is very helpful. I do recommend using this app.
