Support and Service - Their service and support is unparalleled at this price point. The representative, not only gave me a complete walkthru of the app, more information than I ever thought I'd need, he then proceeded to explain in detail all the different packages and their price point and why it might be necessary for me to consider on package over another. Very thorough. I don't usually. write reviews of products but I felt it necessary to do so here because. I sell comic books. Its all I know how to do really, the tech stuff sometimes gets me in over my head so to have a company that i now feel is a partner in my business and allows me to dictate pricing and what products i want to sell to increase my line of offerings in as simple as truly "point, click and it's done" to my specifications even across multiple categories deserves my time attention and energy to get the word out about them to other who are way smaller, niche vendors looking for something to keep them relevant and competitive in the age of the online pseudo big box mentality marketplace. As a result I truly feel like a brick and mortar online store now and that's a huge deal for my peace of mind.

The app is great and its a perfect fit for the integration - I'm so happy with the functionality of this app. This is an awesome app, it is efficient and performing well. It makes the integration to Marketplace connector with multiple channels like Walmart, Bonanza, Etsy, Google is smooth and easy. You can transfer your inventory from BigCommerce to multiple channels in a blink of an eye. The apps is well developed and it has a full 24/7 support. The customer is excellent, and you will have a constant follow up. Abhishek is one of the staff members, he is was amazing ! thank you so much for your help. Abhishek is an expert that will solve any issues you have. He is fast, professional, competent and most of all dedicated to serve the interest of the customer, i recommend anyone to request him, he will make some magic there and get your integration running in no time. Overall, this apps is definitely worth the cost. Deserve a 5 stars ! I highly recommend them for their customer service and for an app that delivers!

All was great until orders started to come in.. - APP FOR ETSY - I have been in business for 11 years and 8 of these years I have been with big Commerse. I wrote an amazing review on THURSDAY morning Sept. 23rd. Unfortunately 4 days later I had to change it from 5 starts to 2 star. I was very thankful for the FAST connection on my items on etsy and directly communication thru whastapp with staff. Even thought i had my items "ready to sell" at Etsy with taxes, shipping charges set up etc. We received on The first day we got an email from an Etsy customer asking about shipping on a specific item because it showed free but the item was not showing inventory. We send CedCommerse right away the concern and they said they look into it… THURSDAY night first order order came in the customer and customer received free shipping and the order was not notified to Big commerce platform. I knew about the order because i received and Etsy notification on email. I contacted again second time CedCommerse and they said they were still looking into it. SATURDAY Sep 25th. Second order comes in and customer gets free shipping again and order does not show on big Commerse again… WOULD YOU WAIT FOR A 3RD ORDER WITH ISTAKE? I HAVE BEEN CHATTING WITH THEM .. I WA PATIENCE AD THEY INSIST THAT PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED. I REQUESTED REFUND AND TOLD THEM I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM A BAD REVIEW.. JUST REFUND ME AND WALK AWAY… BUT THEY KEEP INSISTING ON FIXING THE PROBLEM AND EVEN THOUGHT I COULD MAKE MONEY AT ETSY, I PREFER NOT TO HAVE ISSUES WITH MY STAFF BECAUSE THEY CAN’T SEE NEW ORDERS AT MY BIG COMMERCE OR PROBLEMS WITH THE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEIR ITEMS ARE NOT BEING SHIPPING AND PROBLEMS WITH OUR BUDGET BECAUSE WE HAVE TO OFFER FREE SHIPPING TO THESE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE SISTEM IS NOT WORING CORRECTLY. I decided to deactivate all items on Etsy and if it means to get the list of products off the platform so be it. My peace of mind and satisfied customers are more important. PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND REFUND US. Even if the issue can be resolved, I will not be moving forward with your service and would still be requesting the refund. When I receive my refund, I will edit this review to resolved.

Felt like I was their beta tester - I have to update my review because I've had nothing but problems with this app. I purchased this integration on September 14th. It never worked properly. I had inventory sync issues from the first day I installed it. If a product went out of stock in BigCommerce, it wouldn't update Etsy. If a product went out of stock in Etsy, it wouldn't update BigCommerce. I oversold several items because of this and it is very frustrating to try to explain to the customer why you don't have the product they ordered. The product linking was incorrect (for example, product SKU DC0555 was linked to DC0555-1 which were two completely diffierent products). I was constantly having to manually sync products, shipping, etc. Every day I had another issue to deal with, and I finally said enough is enough and uninstalled it. This integration is not ready for production. It has not been thoroughly tested and has caused me to have to manually do inventory on over 300 products. On a side note, the customer service people were always very responsive and fixed most of the issues I faced. The problem is I don't have time to be their beta tester.

The best product feed to Etsy! - I searched a lot of different companies and that would work with my store on big commerce. While some look like they had all the bells and whistle‘s, the thing I was looking for was the best customer support. And these guys show up. They are responsive and they work with you to solve any issues that might occur. I have a custom site so things are never straightforward with the apps that I use, and they found workarounds, creative solutions, and even built special programming for me at a reasonable price. Nothing that I asked for was a problem. And I really think they are the best price out there for this type of service. I had my Etsy store set up within 24 to 48 hours and any issue after that was responded to quickly. I’m very impressed with their capabilities and their care.

Great Tech Support - VERY Responsive - Amazing response time, even on holiday. I always get fast service, instant issue resolution and I am very impressed with how easy my tech can find my issues and fix them. Highly recommend if you are going to expand your store to Walmart or other 3rd party platforms they can push too!

Walmart Account Setup - CedCommerce Team has been a great help from the beginning. They have assisted with helping the team set up the entire Walmart account, as well as all required technical assistance. They have been great at communicating and clarifying any questions or concerns we have. They were also very fast with their responses which made the entire experience great.

Rough Start with Walmart but CED Saved the Day. - A huge Thanks to Abhishek and the CED support team for kickstarting the feed between BC and Walmart. The free plan had expired and I had orders sitting in Walmart...waiting. Shame on me for not being more watchful. Opened a chat with CED, ordered a Basic annual subscription, and (Pow!) the orders appeared in BC. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. So far, so good.

Great service and great app - Cedcommerce support is awesome. They are always available. Harry always comes through with the solution and helps me tremendously. App is pretty responsive compared with the previous version and lot of improvements throughout the time I am with Ced. Go with it.
