Ced Commerce - 50% of the time there is no connection between Ced Commerce and BigCommerce. We've opened multiple tickets and nothing ever gets done. We cancelled our account and went to a different service, yet Ced Commerce keeps charging our credit card. Stay away. This company doesn't seem to care about its customers.

Very Bad Experience - The app did not work and after multiple tickets and messages back and forth I chose to cancel use. They did not cancel my account and then again charged me for another year and would not refund my money. Took 7 months to get my money back after multiple disputes and charge-backs. Avoid.

Avoid the worst app BC has to offer - They don't know what they are doing, but they will make you pay up front for you to discover this fact. They don't communicate using traditional methods like email and phone. Furthermore, they only communicate through WhatsApp. I am not sure why BC even lets them offer their services, or lack thereof. In the middle of a chargeback. Avoid the same.

Simply terrible - This app is terrible. It doesnt integrate with ebay or amazon correctly. Support told me to pay them $650 fee to link listings in 12 hours. They never completed the job, they cant get it working. The App is slow, the service is bad, and the communication is even worse. I came from Codisto to this junk app and will be getting a refund.

CED Commerce will take your money with no refund. - Stay Away, they will string you along, I paid for all their apps. I used Shopify before and their apps had bugs that was never resolved, Never got a refund. Its been going on for two years. They said they did not have a Big Commerce App. In the 1st year our shopify store and other marketplaces was suspended as a result of API issues with their apps. Never got a refund, All i got was string along and Google Meet meeting just to have them say they are working on the problem and never resolve it. Finally I migrated to Big Commerce. Only to find out they lied and have a Big Commerce app. None of them work. I even created Staff Accounts and gave them full access. It's been two years plus and I still have not received a Full Refund. None of the apps they have for Big Commerce are connected because even their engineers cannot get it work. I created staff accounts for them with Full Admin, Owner rights and they still can not get any of the apps to work. I have asked for a refund several times and they refuse to provide a resolution, no solution , no refund. I would suggest to stay away from Ced Commerce. When they fix our issue or provide a refund, we will provide a review on that too. They are quick to offer Support using Google Meet only to gain your confidence and string you along. Stay Far Far Away because they also lie. They will take your money and run with it

CED Commerce are thieves - Do not trust CED Commerce with your money. They do not honor their agreements and they refuse to refund your money when they know they can not perform the promised service. They lie to string you along. Want proof of what these con-artist will do contact me.

All was great until orders started to come in.. - APP FOR ETSY - I have been in business for 11 years and 8 of these years I have been with big Commerse. I wrote an amazing review on THURSDAY morning Sept. 23rd. Unfortunately 4 days later I had to change it from 5 starts to 2 star. I was very thankful for the FAST connection on my items on etsy and directly communication thru whastapp with staff. Even thought i had my items "ready to sell" at Etsy with taxes, shipping charges set up etc. We received on The first day we got an email from an Etsy customer asking about shipping on a specific item because it showed free but the item was not showing inventory. We send CedCommerse right away the concern and they said they look into it…THURSDAY night first order order came in the customer and customer received free shipping and the order was not notified to Big commerce platform. I knew about the order because i received and Etsy notification on email. I contacted again second time CedCommerse and they said they were still looking into it.SATURDAY Sep 25th. Second order comes in and customer gets free shipping again and order does not show on big Commerse again… WOULD YOU WAIT FOR A 3RD ORDER WITH ISTAKE?I HAVE BEEN CHATTING WITH THEM .. I WA PATIENCE AD THEY INSIST THAT PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED. I REQUESTED REFUND AND TOLD THEM I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM A BAD REVIEW.. JUST REFUND ME AND WALK AWAY…BUT THEY KEEP INSISTING ON FIXING THE PROBLEM AND EVEN THOUGHT I COULD MAKE MONEY AT ETSY, I PREFER NOT TO HAVE ISSUES WITH MY STAFF BECAUSE THEY CAN’T SEE NEW ORDERS AT MY BIG COMMERCE OR PROBLEMS WITH THE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEIR ITEMS ARE NOT BEING SHIPPING AND PROBLEMS WITH OUR BUDGET BECAUSE WE HAVE TO OFFER FREE SHIPPING TO THESE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE SISTEM IS NOT WORING CORRECTLY. I decided to deactivate all items on Etsy and if it means to get the list of products off the platform so be it. My peace of mind and satisfied customers are more important. PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND REFUND US. Even if the issue can be resolved, I will not be moving forward with your service and would still be requesting the refund. When I receive my refund, I will edit this review to resolved.

Felt like I was their beta tester - I have to update my review because I've had nothing but problems with this app. I purchased this integration on September 14th. It never worked properly. I had inventory sync issues from the first day I installed it. If a product went out of stock in BigCommerce, it wouldn't update Etsy. If a product went out of stock in Etsy, it wouldn't update BigCommerce. I oversold several items because of this and it is very frustrating to try to explain to the customer why you don't have the product they ordered. The product linking was incorrect (for example, product SKU DC0555 was linked to DC0555-1 which were two completely diffierent products). I was constantly having to manually sync products, shipping, etc. Every day I had another issue to deal with, and I finally said enough is enough and uninstalled it. This integration is not ready for production. It has not been thoroughly tested and has caused me to have to manually do inventory on over 300 products. On a side note, the customer service people were always very responsive and fixed most of the issues I faced. The problem is I don't have time to be their beta tester.

Etsy Integration Does Not Work - We have a large number of SKU's in our store (a couple hundred thousand). CED kept saying they were importing them (after weeks only about half were imported). In that time we were made aware that a significant number of the product fields in CED for Etsy were not actually mapped to the marketplace. So none of the data for those fields were getting pushed to Etsy. CED support kept giving us the run-around. Saying they were working on it (for weeks). Nothing ever got resolved. We canceled prior to a second month coming up for billing. All in all, CED for Etsy was a complete waste of our time. Wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for an Etsy integration.
