Ced Commerce - 50% of the time there is no connection between Ced Commerce and BigCommerce. We've opened multiple tickets and nothing ever gets done. We cancelled our account and went to a different service, yet Ced Commerce keeps charging our credit card. Stay away. This company doesn't seem to care about its customers.

Very Bad Experience - The app did not work and after multiple tickets and messages back and forth I chose to cancel use. They did not cancel my account and then again charged me for another year and would not refund my money. Took 7 months to get my money back after multiple disputes and charge-backs. Avoid.

Avoid the worst app BC has to offer - They don't know what they are doing, but they will make you pay up front for you to discover this fact. They don't communicate using traditional methods like email and phone. Furthermore, they only communicate through WhatsApp. I am not sure why BC even lets them offer their services, or lack thereof. In the middle of a chargeback. Avoid the same.

Simply terrible - This app is terrible. It doesnt integrate with ebay or amazon correctly. Support told me to pay them $650 fee to link listings in 12 hours. They never completed the job, they cant get it working. The App is slow, the service is bad, and the communication is even worse. I came from Codisto to this junk app and will be getting a refund.

CED Commerce will take your money with no refund. - Stay Away, they will string you along, I paid for all their apps. I used Shopify before and their apps had bugs that was never resolved, Never got a refund. Its been going on for two years. They said they did not have a Big Commerce App. In the 1st year our shopify store and other marketplaces was suspended as a result of API issues with their apps. Never got a refund, All i got was string along and Google Meet meeting just to have them say they are working on the problem and never resolve it. Finally I migrated to Big Commerce. Only to find out they lied and have a Big Commerce app. None of them work. I even created Staff Accounts and gave them full access. It's been two years plus and I still have not received a Full Refund. None of the apps they have for Big Commerce are connected because even their engineers cannot get it work. I created staff accounts for them with Full Admin, Owner rights and they still can not get any of the apps to work. I have asked for a refund several times and they refuse to provide a resolution, no solution , no refund. I would suggest to stay away from Ced Commerce. When they fix our issue or provide a refund, we will provide a review on that too. They are quick to offer Support using Google Meet only to gain your confidence and string you along. Stay Far Far Away because they also lie. They will take your money and run with it

CED Commerce are thieves - Do not trust CED Commerce with your money. They do not honor their agreements and they refuse to refund your money when they know they can not perform the promised service. They lie to string you along. Want proof of what these con-artist will do contact me.

CED Commerce has WONDERFUL customer service - These guys are based in India, very reasonable and they might as well be right here in the USA, you would never know the difference. Their English is impeccable and they will even message you and call you on whatsapp and do video calls with you. We have used them for multiple marketplaces, we recently added on Bonanza, wish and newegg. They take care of everything. I just pay them and them Boom!, a few days later all my stuff is on the new site! You can't go wrong using them. There is a reason they are a partner of bigcommerce!

Amazing support - I had issues figuring out the sync to Walmart and the customer support is amazing, they fixed all the settings and everything was working within minutes!

Great Service - App works effectively. Walmart integration is enabled via this app and its been running smoothly. Great support from the team especially Hanumant and Pradeep which helped us in a timely manner for all our integration issues.

Easily integrates to our store - selling on multiple platforms from one website makes it much easier to manage.

Cedcommerce is AWESOME! - Love this application for bulk uploading to multiple marketplaces. It saves SO much time. The only downside is for some reason a lot of categories imported incorrectly and added UPC codes that had to be deleted. It's still very amazing and makes selling on other platforms a breeze! Customer service is great, always there to help!

Extremely helpful - They have been extremely helpful getting my products uploaded and listed on Walmart I appreciate it. I definitely will be sticking with y’all.

Good app and helpful support - This is a really useful app to make sure your inventory is synced across BC and your Etsy store. It seemed like I used to alway double sell items, causing me extra work and letting the customers down. Now I'm pretty confident that this app is making sure that doesn't happen again. The customer service is very fast and helpful. Very glad I bought this app.

Listing with Walmart - Ced Commerce has been the only means for us to successfully push listing to Walmart and on the occasions that we encounter a problem Ced just fixes it. We are glad we found them after trying many other options.

Quick & Productive - CED Commerce has hands down the best service and support of any app that we have ever used. They are quick to respond and always happy to help customize our feed to our needs. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a new feed tool.
