Simply Fantastic - Great App. It allows you to manage large eBay listings from BigCommerce with ease. The customer service is truly outstanding. I have not experienced this level of support from any digital supplier.

Fantastic support available for new users - Fantastic support available for new users. I got help to set up my store and link to Etsy and sync products. I also received help with the settings to make sure whether was syncing correctly and Ruby found some new products I had listed in Etsy bring back to my Bigcommerce store.

Does not work as advertised - I have struggled with this APP for 9 months, the problems and bugs in their system are not improving, in fact they are getting worse. I use templates, however the info when applied to product Changes when loading to store. They told me it was fixed, it is not! To persistently have such low level problems in programming it makes me think their programmers have just the basic knowledge. Don’t waste your time or money on this APP!

Used to work… - The integration no longer works for Amazon Seller orders. The seller information is garbled, which then will require you to log into your Amazon Seller dashboard, open the order, and copy the correct address information and then paste it back into BigCommerce. What a total pain in the neck. When I contacted LitCommerce, I was told (direct quote from chat log) "I am so sorry for letting you know that due to the limitation of API, we can't get customer's information such as name, address,...it's only possible to import purchased products information from Amazon to be imported to your main store site.." Seriously? What's the point of the app? THIS APP NO LONGER WORKS with Amazon Seller orders, and LitCommerce admits it. I believe anyone who requests a refund should receive it. Terrible customer service.

Codisto migration - After Codisto sold to Shopify and decided to just cut out all Bigcommerce customers with little to no warning i have been searching for an alternative that doesnt cost an arm and a leg. Litcommerce seems to fit perfectly. Very easy to use and navigate and Jean from the online chat support helped the whole way along with any issues. Best support i think ive had in 12 years via chat. Definately worth trying out if you got burned by Codisto like we did.

Litcommerce - The LitCommerce Support team is always quick to reply. We're using it to integrate Etsy and eBay, though we're still finding Amazon a bit tricky.

Functional and Efficient - If you are doing commerce on multiple channels you cannot go wrong with LitCommerce. The customer service is there 24/7 if you ever need them and the app does what you need it to do - sync all your channels together under 1 dashboard. Inventory, orders etc. Highly recommend LitCommerce and the good people behind it.

Works great and amazing customer support - After a bad experiences with other store connector apps, I tried Litcommerce. It's a great app that works perfectly fine. I use it to connect to our Etsy store and Google Merchant account to manage our products and orders. It's really great to use, I would highly recommend!

Fast customer service - Litcommerce customer is very fast and accurate. I installed this app to list many listings from the original channel to another. I saved so much time using this app and impressed by customer service.

Litcommerce setup - I installed this app hoping for it to streamline all my channels into one for inventory control. the interface seems very clean and easy, though I had errors importing into ebay and otehr channels, support was very quick to address my problems and seek remedies, there is a bit of a learning curve, but from what I have seem so far I think it will be well worth while in the end

LitCommerce - I've been using LitCommerce for a couple of weeks, and have found it very useful for sending feeds to google shopping, and listing on ebay. I can see myself using it to integrate with amazon and other marketplaces. I find it intuitive to use, and it seems to work well. Live chat are very responsive and helpful, and will escalate if needed, which is much appreciated!

Awesome Support - multiple contacts - I accidently connected LitCommerce to a trial site of Bigcommerce. Support was quick and easy to correct the issue. This level of quick support is unheard of in today's marketplaces. So excited to continue integrating all my products and stores using LitCommerce.
