Works perfectly - There are two ways to setup the sync between BC and Hike. After setup the sync all products sync to Hike perfectly, in my case I export the products from the old Lightspeed onsite POS, for me the best POS ever ... but now everything change with the cloud POS that's why I changed, once I import products to BC, my file had some errors or duplicate codes etc... that's the point that you need to be accurate, because made me a headache because Hike also need the right information fields to sync. Whatever HIKE sync perfectly, orders from BC go instantly to Hike, stock and product information as well. The pictures is better manage in BC side and then a picture with less resolution come to Hike .... Hope can help my review

No, you're Awesome Hike! - I have been using the BC platform for a number of years and have always found it to be the most user friendly out there with the exception of one major factor, offering a POS solution. Well the wait is over and can I say it has been well worth the wait. Hike is easy to use and you can be up an running within minutes and if you get stuck, I question whether there is a quicker responding customer service team, I have never experienced anything like this before. In my case, I made an error during set up and they had it rectified for me behind the scenes and most importantly (for the customer, me.. they followed up to ensure it was working from my end). It has so many more features inbuilt than just being a register and they seem to be constantly adding more. Anyone in the market for a cloud based POS system definitely needs to take a very serious look at Hike.. "Done! You're AWESOME"

Perfect POS for BigCommerce users - We started off with BigCommerce and recently opened our retail store in Reservoir, the outer suburb of Melbourne. It took us only 10 minutes to set up the connection between Hike and BigCommerce and within next 5 minutes all our BigCommerce products were automatically imported and ready to sell in-store in Hike. The integration works beautifully and inventory gets updated in real time on both platforms whenever there is a sale or any other type of inventory update.

LOVE IT!!!!! - I've been on an EPIC quest for an POS that would real time sync my inventory with my website while staying within a reasonable price range. The customer service is above and beyond my expectations. Quick online chat responses or by email if my issue had to be escalated. This was only necessary once in my almost 100 questions during the trial period and setup. There was no pressure from the sales department which is not typical of sales people in general. No system can satisfy every need of every merchant without customization but this app serves 99% of my needs and will actually save me money every month. I've been promised by 3 other POS vendors that they could do what Hike has achieved. This I feel strongly will be my forever POS.
