Support staff need way more training - I use this App in one of my retail spaces, it use to send sales details back to BC. I had issues and contacted Hike support only to be told Hike doesnt send sales details to BC.... I'm like WTF? I dont know how long he had been working there but insisted I show him. So I did... I was right, he was wrong. Just one example of many painful experiences. I wont be renewing my subscription when there are so many better options on the market. BC needs to add a free POS the same as spotify.

HIKE POS - We've been trying to use HIKE for many months- but buyer beware- it's not free and there is a recurring monthly bill $120/mo CAD. It's a clunky system with very slow customer service- you can only chat for help and "tech support" is slow to fix issues- and there are plenty. Have a big inventory? Want to do counts? Good luck- especially if you have Hike, BC and quick books integrated- Hike is horrible. Need great reports that are accurate- well it's pretty limited. The cash register is only so so in functionality, usable but not great.
