Easy to use POS with Poor Customer Support - Overall, I have been pleased with hike. But they are lacking when it comes to customer support. The only way to talk to support is through chat since they do not offer any phone support. I find their chat support to be slow and unresponsive. I agree with one of the other reviewers below, the labels are not compatible with US sizes.

Very Slow to Resolve issues - While the Hike team responds within minutes 24/7 they are actually extremely slow to resolve the actual issues and if you are located outside of Australia and using the system in anything but its default configuration the issues are plentiful. I held off posting a review to give them time to deal with issues first, it has been 4.5 months and we still have outstanding issues that effect our ability to operate our business. I am sure it works well for basic needs but our needs are far from basic and for us it has been nothing short of a disaster.
