Gorgias Helping our Customer Service Department - At first we were skeptical about installing gorgias based on the reviews above, however we decided to give it a shot. Once we had it implemented and switched over from using a standard gmail inbox, our customer service guys quickly saw how well it worked for our company. Setting up all of the tags and automations took us roughly 2 weeks of using it to fully understand it and have it dialed in. We are still tweaking as we go, but for the most part it's getting better and better as we use it. (We have been using it for about 2 months now). One big thing that we have found is that if you put the time in to setup the system to work for your specific case, the better off you are. We disabled a good bit of the "sample" automations and replaced them with our own, which work great! We definitely recommend this if you are receiving a large amount of emails per day. It helped streamline our incoming communications. Also the live chat function has been very awesome for our customers. Thanks Gorias!

Drop Dead, Gorgias - The software did not synch properly with our Big Commerce store. It did not display customer or order information on support tickets. When connected to the Channel Reply add-on, it would not display Amazon or eBay customer or order information.I did receive followup emails from no fewer than six account / onboarding / support / help desk reps each of whom politely passed my issue off to someone else.My staff and I wasted a week of our time learning about, installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and uninstalling their software before abandoning it. Installed Re Amaze which worked right out of the box.
