Gorgias Start - Our customer service inbox was a dumping ground for junk mail and spam so setting up macros and rules to focus on the customer emails that matter have been very helpful. I agree with other reviewers that the BIgCommerce integration is lacking the bells and whistles that its Shopify counterpart has. If we ever get the robust self-service capabilities in Chat, this platform will be a game-changer.

Versatile, but not fully integrated - Gorgias is very open-ended, so savvy users (or those with access to savvy devs) can leverage it to do a lot of things that aren't in the box by default. The BigCommerce integration isn't fully fleshed out at this time, but is supposedly on the map for this year.

Gorgias has benefits for solopreneur - I am now able to much better consolidate various conversations and customer orders. An extra benefit is to be able to send links and messages via Chat, SMS/MMS, and email, even while on the phone with a customer or prospect.Having all in one place has become critical to my work quality and efficiency in helping my peeps.

Automation for BigC is lacking but a great platform! - Great software but the only challenge with Gorgias is the self-service features not supporting BigCommerce stores and only Shopify right now. Like other comments we were told self-service automation is coming to BigCommerce, but still no timeline. We did several rule hacks to compensate for the lack of automation for BigCommerce which helps in the interim but really can't wait for full automation support. However, our customer support team absolutely loves the platform which has really helped streamline and "centralize" incoming communications across several channels they support.

Once they add automation, it will be unbeatable - As it stands, Gorgias is the best help desk/live chat solution that I've found for our store — and I've trialed a TON of them. It's powerful, yet easy to use, and it makes handling our tickets much easier.The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the lack of automation features for BigCommerce stores. Those are Shopify only. I was told automation is coming to BigCommerce soon, but I can't get an exact answer on the timeline for delivery. Still, we're very happy with Gorgias.
