Very user friendly! - Very user friendly. The app allows us to easily keep track of all our communication. Way easier than handling our emails in a regular email inbox. It allow us to save a lot of time compared to managing the conversation in our regular inbox. Love the app, 100% recommend.

Best in the biz - The new integration Gorgias built makes it the perfect CS/helpdesk solution for BigCommerce store owners. It's lightning quick — customer and order changes appear in realtime — and has rules and macros to help you save time. They consistently release updates and they take customer feedback seriously. I definitely recommend Gorgias.

Support Tickets Solved - We were happy Zendesk customers not really looking for an alternative. Zendesk dropped integration with BigCommerce and the problems began. We sought an alternative and landed upon Gorgias. We are so happy we did, Gorigias has really helped us streamline our customer service support tickets. Our customers are much happier with our customer service and internally we feel much more organized. Gorgias just has a lot more features included out of the box that we were having to pay extra for in Zendesk.

Great Product - A great tool for customer service. You can manage everything in one place, social questions, chats, email support. Best solution out there - I've tried 1 other big platform, and switching to Gorgias has been a great decision - they know their customer (Ecomm merchants) and their solution has everything you need! The pricing model makes alot more sense too

Gorgias Start - Our customer service inbox was a dumping ground for junk mail and spam so setting up macros and rules to focus on the customer emails that matter have been very helpful. I agree with other reviewers that the BIgCommerce integration is lacking the bells and whistles that its Shopify counterpart has. If we ever get the robust self-service capabilities in Chat, this platform will be a game-changer.

Versatile, but not fully integrated - Gorgias is very open-ended, so savvy users (or those with access to savvy devs) can leverage it to do a lot of things that aren't in the box by default. The BigCommerce integration isn't fully fleshed out at this time, but is supposedly on the map for this year.

Gorgias has benefits for solopreneur - I am now able to much better consolidate various conversations and customer orders. An extra benefit is to be able to send links and messages via Chat, SMS/MMS, and email, even while on the phone with a customer or prospect.Having all in one place has become critical to my work quality and efficiency in helping my peeps.

Great software - We migrated to Gorgias from a competing vendor last year. The transition was easy and seamless. Our team likes being connected to the website backend to view order information. I wish that the integration to BigCommerce worked as well and had as many features as the shopify integration.

Automation for BigC is lacking but a great platform! - Great software but the only challenge with Gorgias is the self-service features not supporting BigCommerce stores and only Shopify right now. Like other comments we were told self-service automation is coming to BigCommerce, but still no timeline. We did several rule hacks to compensate for the lack of automation for BigCommerce which helps in the interim but really can't wait for full automation support. However, our customer support team absolutely loves the platform which has really helped streamline and "centralize" incoming communications across several channels they support.

Once they add automation, it will be unbeatable - As it stands, Gorgias is the best help desk/live chat solution that I've found for our store — and I've trialed a TON of them. It's powerful, yet easy to use, and it makes handling our tickets much easier.The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the lack of automation features for BigCommerce stores. Those are Shopify only. I was told automation is coming to BigCommerce soon, but I can't get an exact answer on the timeline for delivery. Still, we're very happy with Gorgias.

Helpful App! - We just launched the app a couple of months ago. It seems like the bugs that other reviews mentioned are worked out. It was pretty simple to get it launched and to learn how it works. We use it to integrate a few somewhat disjointed customer inquiry channels into one place. The people at Gorgias were always really responsive and helpful when we had questions. We're a fan!
